He called immediately. Caveat: He records and compares telephone conversations without telling you via a private AI program. His AI program incorrectly "matched" my voice with an anonymous person, AI ID'd by name, who I did not know, but no location or other ID info (many by the same name throughout the country, so hard to verify and alert that person to the voice mixup). He reacted to this AI info with zero attempt to clarify/verify, and within minutes texted, "AI confirmed both voices on both recorded calls were the same person. ...I'm going to contact Zillow and my financial institutions about locking my accounts and adding additional levels of security....Don't contact me again." Our one telephone conversation covered rental basics, no financial info shared. He did not report the incident to Zillow. But I did. Also shared this (first-time) incident with a professional AI research professor who informed me re 100+ AI apps anyone can install and customize (voice-/face-recognition+). Also shared scenario with my local police. Don't know why this Cosgrove manager would need a voice-recognition AI program feature, whether he knew how to properly set/use it, and then react with immediate condemnation. I texted him that his AI was wrong, but no further response. Hope this helps others who may inquire/speak with him by telephone at any time. I never thought to ask anyone if our conversation was being recorded for any reason. And then be accused of being someone else based allegedly on my voice by an AI program.

However, the parking is a bit crappy. They provide permit parking for one tenant per apartment which isn't so bad, but they have sleazy tow trucks that drive around waiting to tow anyone that pulls into the parking lot. Looking to make a quick buck, they will charge you $75 (off the books cash) to not tow your car. Parking on the street could result in a Paducah Police Department parking ticket if you don't follow all city street parking rules, despite the fact that it's a residential area without sidewalks or curbs on one side of the street. The interiors and old, dingy, and crowded. But again, for the price, they are standard. I had a large lady bug swarming problem in the fall, but managed my way through that. Overall, these apartments deserve a 2 star. If you are looking to save money, roll the dice on this place.
