I've worked with Alex over the last 6 months and am incredibly grateful for the opportunity. If I could sum up the two main things I've gained in working with him it would be perspective and balance. On paper my life is great: I have an amazing, supportive husband, a wonderful daughter, I'm highly successful at my job, have a lovely house. But yet I found myself getting upset over the smallest things, focusing my energy on things that didn't matter in the bigger scheme and feeling overwhelmed quite often. I have been working with Alex for a year on a weekly basis and I am utterly grateful to have had the privilege of doing so.
