During our visit there was a few birthday parties going on, kids screaming and running around. Most of the games we played seemed to be sticky or greasy on the controls. Unfortunately, several games that we wanted to play (power roll, coin pushers) were either broken or jammed. Also, each play was pretty expensive compared to other arcades we've played at. The only staff I saw was at their respective counters, none were seen walking the floor checking on things, or cleaning. The tickets we did win, there was nothing much in their prize area we wanted (too many junky toys and candy), so we gave the credits to a nearby kid. We enjoy seeing an arcade prize area tailored towards kids and adults. Unless they change it up, I highly doubt we will be back.

The bowling alley could use some maintenance because even a 300 bowler isn't that great here but whatever, there's other cool things here. We enjoyed the indoor putt putt golf. The arcade had a lot to offer for all ages. Didn't make it to the zip-line but the employees said it's worth trying out! She stated that their Sales Manager had a couple digits mixed up in Allison's phone number when he tried calling earlier in the week. That means Triple Play publicly claimed they attempted to reach out and had not received a response, while the real issue was that their own staff had the wrong number -- a phone number they had access to all along through the event planning process. So again, this was not simply "confusion between pass types." This was poor communication, poor follow-through, and poor handling of a group event involving children and families. First the arcade credit issue was not handled correctly at the event. Then the follow-up was mishandled. Then it was publicly framed as if we were not responding, when in reality they had mixed up the phone number. I do appreciate that Vanessa finally spoke with Allison and that they are now working on refunding the remaining arcade credit. That is what should have happened from the beginning. But the fact remains: our group spent over $2,000, the girls were let down in the moment, we had to pay the $225 ourselves to make it right for the kids, and the follow-up only happened after multiple public responses and updates. I am glad they are finally taking steps to correct part of it, but this entire situation still shows why I would strongly warn anyone planning a group event here to get every single detail in writing, verify every promise before arriving, and make sure you know exactly who is responsible if something goes wrong.

We have been very impressed by how the coaches know the kids by name and give them a warm welcome every time they come through the doors. Their facility is a good size and they even had a special toddler section, which was great for the one-year-olds we had there. I was very impressed with how clean they kept the facility. I think that's impressive for the amount of kids they have trample through that place on a daily basis. The one thing I would recommend is to keep track of your time. They don't micro manage you (which is nice) but if you go over, you will be charged extra. They provide the utensils if you need it and clean up afterward. Using this place was a great decision!

It cost me about 50 bucks for two kids and two hours on a Saturday. I made my kids stay the two hours because it cost so much. Tip, I think fifth graders are a tad too old for this place. I would say it's better for nine or younger. Another tip, unlike the last kids play place at the valley mall, you can't drop your kids off, regardless of age. So if your plan is to drop them off so you can walk the mall, that's not the case. (I'm not complaining, just warning) Overall, we had a good experience and it was nice the kids had a place to run around. When we arrived for my granddaughter's party, were told we had 2 hours (which we knew) but they added, "no worries on time, kids usually are worn out and ready to leave in hour and a half" After that, it was all on us to organize the time (how long to play, how long to eat, how long to play more before cake/gift opening, etc etc) We were halfway through last part (gift opening) when suddenly I was told "you have 5 minutes to get out or you'll charged a late fee" WT actual Hell??? Where was THAT speech as we were checking in? We had to grab and dash and finish the party in the freaking food court! I did Flying Squirrel last year and that place was MUCH more organized. They assign you a concierge who guides you through how long you have for each segment of the party. We play was a fun experience up until that whole bum's rush bit at the end. If they're going to watch the clock on you they should tell you that up front (and give guidance to ensure no one party segment runs too long so upset the ones that follow) I Will not be using them again
