I…read morebooked my oven clean with a Groupon voucher (and added a two hour introductory clean for £15) for 16th December. This was the day when a lot of snow fell in Souths Mancs/North Cheshire with much of the traffic grinding to a halt there for a couple of hours and the owner, Katie, kept in touch with me constantly. They ended up being a couple of hours late, but that wasn't a problem since I knew about it. The cleaning was highly professional; Katie is a straight talker (and I didn't find her rude at all!) and is clearly a hard working lady with high standards trying to carve out a business in difficult times. I have engaged their services further and hope to receive the same professionalism and high standard of cleaning.
