Drewlo in London is a terrible building management company. Do not rent apartments from them. Here are some of their major problems: -won't fix anything, including leaking water pipes, on weekends -loud domestic abuse issues allowed to go unchalleneged -repair workers routinely walk accross your carpets with dirty boots, no questions asked -incompetant plumbing technicians -repairs can take months to complete -repair work orders often ignored -showers can produce burning hot water suddenly, you will be lied to about the cause and the problem won't be addressed -cigarette smoke allowed to permeate building Source: renter at a Drewlo building in London for a few years happy to be moving soon. read more

These people insist that their buildings are "no pets allowed" which is completely illegal and invalid under the terms of the Residential Tenancies Act. But they still refuse to rent to anyone with an animal, even a small cat. They should be brought before the Ontario Landlord Tenant Board, because they have no legal right to try and enforce this. But they will insist, and make your life hell over it, even though legally they are completely in the wrong. read more
