Multiple reviews mention absurd wait times. Instead of owning up to it, management decides to bash people on google reviews, and make fake profiles to give themselves positive reviews. Maybe if management put all the time and effort they spent harassing people and being fake on google reviews into helping their staff, customers wouldn't have to wait upwards of an hour for a mediocre sandwich at best. They even took the time to make a fake google profile, or had someone write the exact opposite of what I reviewed on google that same night. Yikes... read more
