From the very first lesson, Afzal was professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. He has a calm teaching style that instantly puts you at ease, which is especially helpful if you're nervous or new to driving. Afzal explains everything clearly and breaks down complex manoeuvres into simple, easy-to-understand steps. Whether it was parallel parking, roundabouts, or hill starts, he made sure I fully understood not just how to do something, but why it's done that way. This really helped build my confidence and decision-making skills on the road. He never rushed lessons and always tailored them to my ability and progress, focusing on areas where I needed the most improvement. One thing that really stood out was Afzal's patience and encouragement. Mistakes were treated as learning opportunities rather than problems, which made each lesson stress-free and productive. He also provided useful feedback at the end of every session, helping me track my progress and know exactly what to work on next. Afzal has great knowledge of test routes around Burnley and made sure I was fully prepared for the driving test, including mock tests that felt very realistic. His tips and guidance were invaluable, and thanks to his support, I felt confident and well-prepared on test day. Overall, Afzal Driving Lessons offers outstanding value, high-quality teaching, and a genuinely supportive learning environment. If you're looking for a reliable, friendly, and skilled driving instructor in Burnley, Afzal is an excellent choice.

It is substantiated with…read moreevidence. 123 Driving School appear to be deleting negative reviews wherever possible regardless of whether the content is truthful or not. To anyone thinking of becoming a driving instructor with this company be VERY aware. You will get broken promises, a complete lack of support and be left hanging with your career and livelihood in the balance. The marketing blurb might all sound good but is a complete contradiction to reality where the "trainer" will suggest you will receive 44 hours of 1:1 tuition for your Part 3 qualification (two hours weekly for 22 weeks). My personal experience was being observed twice in over six months. The feedback you received will not be correct, nor appropriate - even if the "trainer" does turn up and you may well find yourself having to find someone else to make sure you qualify. I know I had to, and I am not the only one. Fortunately, I was saved from the abyss before it was too late and improvements to my instructional techniques were necessary having been left to my own devices for long periods of time. 123 Driving School then refused to comply with my request for personal data to be removed from their website and social media channels, and only did so when instructed to do so by the Information Commissioners Office. Please. Think very carefully before committing to this company. Personally, I would say avoid like the plague, however only you can make that choice, and I would strongly suggest you think very carefully before making any decisions.

It has also extended it's working day, offering many after school activities - such as netball, football, rounders, band, multi-games to name a few. There is even an aerobics lesson available before school on one day of the week. It has a school band and offers music lesson, indeed this is one of it's strengths, with the school doing well in local competitions. There is also a Playgroup which is open on the school grounds, which offers before and after school care. By the way, school dinners are healthy and taste great, a credit to the canteen staff. The only drawback is parking is only available on side streets and it can become congested - although the school does encourage children to walk to school.
