My best friend who is a single mother brought her first ever new car here and had such an AWFUL experience. I could not believe what she had told me. After going through the wash it came out with black smears and a paint chip on the hood. She addressed this with the owner who's responce wasn't anything a smart business person would say which was " take me to small claims court". She had asked to review the video tape and once again the manager replied that she wouldn't show the video without a subpoena. Everything about her encounter screams racketeering. As soon as I pulled in and started to use the machine some worker decided that I needed help so he hung out on the machine and asked me what kind of car wash I needed after the machine asked me. Last time I checked this whole thing is self service, I'm not stupid. I can pick a car wash and pay. After I chose my car wash, the machine asked me to pay with cash or card. Again, the worker asked me the same question. As I was already reaching for cash in my pocket to pay, his hand was in my car window trying to take payment. I told him I was okay, and he finally backed off. After paying $18 (the best they offer) I pull up to the beginning of the wash area where a guy is poorly waving me over to the point where I don't know if he's waving me forward or waving to me to turn more to the left. So I'm slowly pulling forward and you can see the frustration on his face. He begins scrubbing my windshield and I can't even see him anymore. Then in a very pissed off tone, yelled at me to put my car in Neutral. I yelled back at him to say something beforehand. Before washing, scrubbing, anything.. tell them to go into Neutral. The service was great, and I got greeted upon entering the station to pay. The line was a bit long, but we got thru pretty quickly for a Saturday, exactly 12 minutes! But I didn't do the vacuum as it was hot outside. I didn't see they offered tape for my back window windshield. But nonetheless it an affordable quick wash. I will definitely come back. So I washed my car here on Sunday...worst wash I've ever had!!!!(BTW I paid $18 for the Ultimate Ceramic Wash) 1. The air blowers to dry your car don't fucking work! The car was still insanely wet on the passenger side. I told the manager on duty(big Polynesian guy I think), and he was cool to let me go through again. This time...THE DRIVER AND PASSENGER SIDES WERE SOAKED!! I gave up and quickly vacuumed and got tf outta there! 2. No tire shine whatsoever! Tires were probably more dry than when I went in there! 3. The manager tried to explain why the dryers may have screwed up...but he wasn't making any sense. He told me it was because the car before me probably jumped a roller and messed up the timing. I use to be a loyal customer here but I realized that the workers don't tell you or correct you if you're not aligning your tires right. I not only scratched my rims terribly because the worker was telling me to keeping going than I heard the hard scratch and he still kept telling me to scoot up. A lot of the drive thru car washes cost about $15-20 now and it's not as cheap as back in the day. I'm glad I found this car wash! The cheapest was is as low as $5 and you can use the vacuum too. I took my car for a car wash and it came out bathed in oil. The manager Jessica was aware they were having problems but rather than shut down the car wash, continued to wash cars. They couldn't rewash my car due to the oil contaminate so I told her I would have to have the car detailed to which she agreed to pay. I hired a mobile detailer who had to machine polish my car to remove the oil. I called Jessica several times for reimbursement with no return call. When she finally answered 10 days later she refused to pay for the detailing, denied any responsibility and hung up on me! But it had a bunch of other services listed than the $5. There's about 12 vacuum stations for you to vacuum after the wash. Plenty of space btwn cars, a vacuum on each side, and a trash can too! Today I had to rate this car wash at a 1 star because I went for a car wash in the morning around 10 am and during the car wash the section where all the dangling long strips of cloth that dangle down to act as a scrubbing agent to clean the car broke my right side mirror not only that but the electric on that side is out I can no longer control the electric option for that mirror. There's been a few times I've arrived when they open and the vacuums aren't on. So that's annoying. When I'm there that early I'm usually on my way to work so I don't have time for that nonesense. I wish they gave you a dash wipe and air freshener thing like most of the other places I've used for a lesser price.
