The service was great, and I got greeted upon entering the station to pay. The line was a bit long, but we got thru pretty quickly for a Saturday, exactly 12 minutes! But I didn't do the vacuum as it was hot outside. I didn't see they offered tape for my back window windshield. But nonetheless it an affordable quick wash. I will definitely come back. The car was still insanely wet on the passenger side. A lot of the drive thru car washes cost about $15-20 now and it's not as cheap as back in the day. I'm glad I found this car wash! The cheapest was is as low as $5 and you can use the vacuum too. I took my car for a car wash and it came out bathed in oil. The manager Jessica was aware they were having problems but rather than shut down the car wash, continued to wash cars. They couldn't rewash my car due to the oil contaminate so I told her I would have to have the car detailed to which she agreed to pay. I hired a mobile detailer who had to machine polish my car to remove the oil. I called Jessica several times for reimbursement with no return call. When she finally answered 10 days later she refused to pay for the detailing, denied any responsibility and hung up on me! Their broom left scratches on my hood! There are tiny little fine lines in a broom bristle pattern in the paint on my relatively new car. I'm so angry. I called to let them know and was told, "Well we don't have anything that could scratch cars, we wouldn't be a very good business if we did." No kidding! I asked how if I should go through my insurance and file a claim against the business and had this interaction: Manager: "I guess, yeah, go through your insurance." Me: "You guess? I come here for a quick wash and vacuum. The value for a basic wash ($5) with vacuum does the job. I drive an SUV that is just under 7', so much easier to go here than washing myself. It is located at the corner of Crescent and Magnolia in Anaheim and offers car washes for anywhere from $5-$10 dollars. $10 for a premium wash including tires, foamy wax and color guard is great in my book. The attendants will guide you into the wash and spray your rims, tires and any other areas of concern they see prior to entering. Upon the completion of the wash they offer complimentary free vacuums to finish the inside of your car as well. A great value wash.
