I have had 3 driving instructors in the past and it took me this long to find someone like Bryan! He is professional but also approachable and relatable! He made me feel confident in my driving and taught me to not only pass my test but enjoy driving afterwards. I am nearly 30 years old and pregnant with my 3rd child and FINALLY - all thanks to Bryan, I have passed and feel excited about getting in my car! I highly recommend him as a driving instructor, especially if you are a little nervous because he makes you feel at ease straight away. He creates a relaxed environment to learn in. He enjoys his job so much and it truly shows, he is 100% present throughout lessons and concentrates on your driving experience. He is straight talking, honest and excellent at explaining things. He is an expert in his field and an incredible teacher. He takes the time to teach you the correct way to drive and to be able to do that alone with confidence! He is constantly improving his teaching techniques and adapting them when he sees a better alternative. He breathes belief into his students and he prepared me so well for my practical driving test that I went into it full of confidence and excitement rather than nerves! Bryan prepairs you for practical test in such away that there where no nerves and i was 100% motivated to go straight into test and succeed great value for money espically for the quality of driving school/instructor. He is a all round great instructor highly recomend for anyone looking to get out on the road. it was a plesure to have been tought by bryan greenall very very enjoyable experience. thank you bryan

He had a lot to say about his new car he was getting though, kept my son behind after his lesson talking about. I complained and BSM ignored my complaint and never gave feedback. Only after sending 5 emails did I receive my remainder 6 hours worth of money. I asked for a full refund including my 6 hours used, however it was ignored. I wasted £182 and just about got my remainder £182 back. Please avoid and use another company. The Brand BSM is not as it used to be...

This BSM centre is located quite centrally in Bedford town, near to Poundland for those that don't…read moreknow where it is. I learnt with BSM last year and visited the centre many times. My first meeting with them was when I booked my simulator lessons - it really is good fun and we are lucky to have it in Bedford. At £7.50 an hour, it is a lot cheaper than a 'real' driving lesson, you don't have to be 17 to enjoy it and it really improves your confidence. Sometimes I found the staff to be a little rude or dismissive but on the whole I found the BSM centre a helpful place. They did tend to shut earlier than the time said on the door but this was our only real problem with them.
