The owner, Pete, was very accommodating and professional about the whole situation and scheduled my drives quickly and efficiently. They give you full driving lessons here, starting with parking strategies and real-world applications of what will be on the driving test at the DMV. They really prepared me for my driving test as well as what I see on the road every day while driving. The instructor that I had was very friendly and respectful towards me. Totally recommend.

He did end up getting a perfect score for his permit exam, so he learned something. The staff here is great. They let us switch from the 6:30pm class to the 4:30pm class after my son saw some kids he knew from hockey. My son said the teaching went really fast, which freaked him out, but as I stated he did well. I guess the other students often were on their phones and not paying attention. Based on the format of the classes, I appreciate that the instructors brought in guest speakers to talk about things like drunk driving. The instructors were also really good about sharing real-life tragic accidents and resulting deaths. My son said it was a little much, but they made their points. We didn't take the optional practical driving lessons, so can't comment on that.

I passed my road test last week! Imran Khan was my driving instructor. He is a very patient and…read morefocused instructor. His primary focus is improving the student's road skills; everything else comes second! He provides really good guidelines about the road rules of Illinois. He would also make us feel comfortable by talking about his learning experience. The USP of this driving school is that, unlike other driving schools, Imran is focused on ensuring his students become excellent, efficient, smart and defensive drivers, no matter what their current level of expertise in driving is! He identifies the areas of improvement and the mindset shift that is needed and gives us more practice in those areas. For example, I am used to the driving attitude from a different country. I had to unlearn those guidelines and shift my mindset to tune to the driving attitude of Illinois. I am really glad I learned driving from Imran sir! Kudos to his efforts and sincerity!!

Fantastic experience with COOP's! My son loved the instructors both in class room and behind the…read morewheel and we as parents love that they are almost all police officers!!! Very responsive any time I've reached out for help and we've had no issue what so ever scheduling behind the wheel training or make up classes. Make ups can be done either at a couple of different time slots during the week with a self-taught option, or you can wait for that day's class to be retaught in another session and the student can sit in on it. Per SOS rules, driving sessions have to be 2 weeks apart minimum and students have to hold their permits for 9 months, so really there's plenty of time to get drives in unless you have a super inflexible, jam packed schedule. We couldn't be more pleased with our experience - far more convenient than doing it over the summer through the school for my mid spring term bday son and it didn't take up a timeslot in his school day either. Plus, again, the bonus of law enforcement officers as instructors. Win win win all the way around! Highly recommend.
