The manager of drive wise after I beeped my horn at him once, followed me to my destination in a training vehicle with an occupant who I assume was a student, upon reaching my destination, he drives up behind me, gets out of his car and confronts me at my open car window, the first words out of his mouth where" let me educate you" at this point I became very angry, I suffer from PTSD and this was a confrontation and definitely road rage, he would not listen to anything I had to say, and I took " let me educate you " as a threat to my well-being, so after repeatedly telling him to get away from me and not nicely by the way, I will accept that on my part, I drove away to get away from this lunatic, then called around to find out where he worked because it needed to be reported, not knowing that he is the owner operator of the institution, he called me today and continued to try and educate me and once again tried to make everything about that confrontation, my fault, I did not follow this man. I did not confront this man. This man followed me. This man confronted me, this is road rage. He is not suitable to be an instructor and should have his license revoked, if that was a student in his car, what he taught that person was when somebody beat your horn at them you follow them till they stop, and then you confront them immediately, this man will accept that he did nothing wrong in his opinion, obviously a narcissist and an egomaniac, that can do wrong in his own eyes, I have filed a report with the government about this incident and the police. My experience with DriveWise was quite disappointing. I scheduled a lesson with Danielle, one of their instructors. However, things went downhill from there. Firstly, she didn't pick me up, so I had to go to the lesson on my own. When I arrived, I realized I'd forgotten my license. Instead of helping me get it, she tried to reschedule the lesson and asked for an extra $50, almost the price of a whole new lesson. It felt like they cared more about money than their students. Danielle wasn't very polite, and when I tried to cancel my remaining sessions with her, they didn't give me the correct refund. Overall, it seems like their main focus is profit, and they even charged me for a lesson I never got. As a student, this was really disappointing and not fair to me at all. read more
