I had a list of handyman type services, he explained which he could do and which would require a licensed plumber etc. He was knowledgeable, polite and friendly but not overly friendly/chatty. He explained which of the items on my list I could save some money and do myself like caulking the tub. He showed me how to tighten my faucet handles AND he fixed a leak in my toilet. He showed me where my water turn off was. I know, really basic homeowner stuff I didn't know. The prices were reasonable.
