Last week went for a massage with a Korean lady called Hana (Hannah) and the massage was so rough and hard she had no idea on how to read a customer. The massage was so hard that I was moving and jumping that she did not even ask if I was ok or if it was too hard so the massage could be adjusted. I complained to the reception and all they could do is appologise. Even the extra service she became tired and complained her arms where getting sore and in the end gave up and said time is up. Then here's the catch, don't pay by card, they slap on a 10% surcharge. I wanted my comlaint to be escalated and all they said was they are sorry and accept the feedback and Jacob the manager would return a call to me. To this day almost a week after no return call. The massage itself was so hard that I ended up with buising for days. Avoid this business, they do not care about customer service, and it appears it's about money more than professionlism.

I purchased 2 x 1 hour long deep tissue massage vouchers for $200. My friend used the 1st voucher and they only massaged for 40 minutes. The 2nd voucher was a week out of date (because they failed to mention it was only valid for 6 months) and charged her after the lady on the phone said it was fine to use when i booked. They also make you pay in advance, which always makes me suspect. Why should I have to pay before receiving my service? This massage also was only done for 40 minutes. Absolutely disgraceful. Also they were talking thai to eachother the whole time and laughing. We've all been there. You know they're talking about you. Appalling customer service. No one there speaks fluent English. So if you need to ask questions. Don't bother. Well they appear to pick and chose when and what they understand. Plus they had no skill in the massage. She kept massaging my bones even after I told her where to do it. Save your money and sanity. GO ELSEWHERE. Shame on you Paradise Thai Massage. You've lost our business.

I had never had a professional massage before but decided to give it a try after I strained my shoulder whilst training. I got a fantastic massage from Natalie who rubbed away my stiffness and soreness. Now, my shoulder wasn't magically repaired but it did feel a lot better. I was able to move it more freely with less pain. I had no idea what a professional massage was like but after this experience I have been back many times. I would recommend this place to anyone who has a sports injury or just wants some relaxation.
