Stayed the night in the motel. Rooms are clean & comfortable. Have WiFi & multiple streaming options on the tv. Rooms have a mini fridge, which is nice. Can call to make a reservation. They have 10 rooms. Full service restaurant and bar. I had a steak with a baked potato which was yummy. They also offer hot wings, seafood, and more. They have a kids menu (cheeseburger, chicken fingers, grilled cheese). There's a large salad bar that is popular. Variety of cocktail options & beer. Friendly staff. Have a large dining room, bar is smaller area in comparison to the restaurant but also has ample seating. Jute box in the bar. Plenty of parking. Can dock your boat and take short walk up to the Dry Dock. read more

Excellent food, however little bit expensive. Has changed ownership in the last year or so.

I had gone to this place for a couple years and stopped because the staff wasn't the friendliest and the accommodations were subpar. Heard they were under new ownership and at first I was apprehensive, that no changes had been made. But let me tell you, it's changed alright!! First off, it's so much cleaner, they now have an ATM since they're a cash business. And the new bartender is a breath of fresh air in comparison to the old one that was there. This is the hole in the wall that everyone loves. They get very busy during boating season so the service can be slow.It's completely understandable though. The servers are always very friendly and attentive. We have eaten here too many times to count and we have never had a bad meal. The atmosphere is odd and dependent on the season. It's not always super clean but you don't need a tetanus shot. It's a good combination of restaurant and bar hidden away in the middle of nowhere. read more

This bar/restaurant is close to where we stay at the lake and a "must stop" for us when there. It is nothing fancy but the steaks I usually get are excellent! The bartender is always friendly and is the life of the place. Mostly locals there, but they are the ones who know where the good places are anyway. read more
