My daughter walked out very disappointed. Her "blowout" was simply curls from a curling wand that she could've done at home and not the blowout look she hoped for. The curls fell out within 1 1/2 hours and didn't last for the event she was going to. I even paid for "crown tonic" which is supposed to make a blow out last longer, and includes a 10 min scalp massage. Obviously the "blowout" didn't last at all, and the scalp massage wasn't even 5 minutes. An overpriced shampoo with curls is what she got. Giving it 1 more star than just a 1 because her curls were still nice for the hour they lasted. read more

Too many disappointing things. asked for an upcharge--the 10 minute scalp massage. The greater amount of time was given to rubbing hair with soap suds without touching scalp. Beach wave was a straight bob. Stylist next to us kept blow drying the side of my face because the blower resting in her armpit was too hot for her comfort. Shortest time on a blowout I've ever had. No scalp massage. In and out in less that 30 minutes, not worth the money. Blowout only lasted 2 days, not surprising considering how quick the service was performed. read more
