***BUYER BEWARE*** If I could give zero stars I would. Hiring Jordon/Dryhome Roofing was one of the worst decisions we have made. After our roof was reshingled by them we suspected some water was leaking in from our dormer roof. We called Jordon to come back to take a look and he told us he couldn't come because he was out of town. We contacted another roofing company that came out and filled some nail pops and caulked around our chimney flashing. However, we continued to have water leak. We contacted Jordon again and he returned to the property and stated there was no issue with the roof and he believed the leaking was from our eaves and more caulking was needed around the chimney. My husband told him he would complete this work himself and did so. We even went as far as having the chimney reparged to attempt to stop the leaking because as per Jordan, the leaking was a non roofing issue. Despite all this, we've continued to have leaking from the dormer roof. My husband has not be able to reach Jordon since he came back to the property. This winter/spring we had extensive water damage. We have had to completely open up the exterior wall and ceiling of our bathroom from the water damage. When it rains we can continue to see water coming in from the dormer roof clear as day and have video footage of this. This is definitely a roofing issue despite what Jordan claims. My husband was able to reach him on his work phone and he stated he would come back out to the property and he ghosted. My husband was able to reach him again from his work phone and Jordon admitted to blocking his personal number "a long time ago." Then he proceeded to threaten him that if he messes with him he knows where he works now, "so fuck with him and find out." I am not sure what he means by this. I assume he means by leaving a review such as this or contacting the BBB or a lawyer. Clearly their 20 year warranty on workmanship means nothing and Jordon operates his business completely unprofessionally. We tried to give Jordan the opportunity to make things right and clearly he has no intent on doing so. I am leaving this review because I would hate for anyone else to be subjected to this and quite frankly Jordon does not deserve the business. Avoid this roofing company at all costs!!! I suspect Jordan will reply to this review and say that he has no idea who I am or what I am talking about or that I maybe even have the wrong company because that seems to be his common response to his poor reviews, but that's okay because I still have my receipt and I know I have the right company! read more

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with anybody doing work on our house. First they quote us one price and then start the job and ask for more money. Over the 2 days that Jordon Foley worked at our house he did nothing but complain about the job and even threatened to walk off the job a few times. Wow right, how professional. Now we are having issues and are not happy with the job, so my husband called Jordon to ask him to come back and fix the problem. He was greeted with profanities and Jordon told my husband to stop calling him or he will go to my husbands work to beat him up Monday morning. Like are you kidding me right now. Jordon Foley of dryhome roofing told us that our house was a dump and we didn't pay him enough for the job. However he came and quoted the job for $6250 then to ask us for another $500 cause the job is hard. Like WTF really, Also when they were done and left the job, they left a huge mess that we had to clean up. For three days we were picking up nails off our driveway and lawn. We collected over 500 nails and picked up pieces of old shingles all over the place. We have a 5 year old daughter that plays in our yard. They had no regard for that at all, they just don't care or respect your property. Do yourselves a favour and don't hire this company, they are very rude and unprofessional. read more

I am a landlord and I hired DryHome Roofing through my tenant who negotiate the quotation. When I talked with Jordan, the business owner, he was extremely nice and friendly, until the day we meet to review the job. Upon arrival Jordan was a completely different guy, he was rude and started demanding payment. I told Jordan that my wallet was in my vehicle, which was less than 30 ft away and he immediately start screaming and cursing; I asked him the reason for his sudden change and I explained that I wasn't trying to trick him nor give him a hard time at all, however he continue cursing and accusing me for being disrespectful just because I didn't have my wallet on me (again, my car was 30 ft away from us, 10 seconds walk!!). I finally got tired of all his insults and I proposed to finish the transaction so we could both leave, that is when -after the payment was completed - I asked him for my receipt. Again, I am a landlord and need the receipt for taxes. Jordan simply look at me and said to me, and I quote: "Could you please f**k off?". I kept my cool and insist on getting my receipt, he repeatedly insulted me and he threatened to bring back his crew and rip all the roof up. I do believe he may have been under the influence -this is just my opinion--since his tirade started absolutely out of the blue and unprovoked. His prices were good, the work done was relatively good, however I would never recommend DryHome Roofing to anybody unless you want to get this kind of treatment. read more

My name is mary I live with my 90year old mother in oshawa. We experienced a tremendous amount of damage this year to our roof from the wind storms that never end. We had our roof done in 2016 by a different company who didn't answer our phone calls when we needed them. So we called jordan. At Dryhome roofing. He came out same day to address the blow offs. Due to extent of damage he tarped the roof off for us. He mentioned insurance would cover the entire roof. He was right. We got a new roof from this company for a $1000 deductible.
