I will not be using this company in the future due to their lack of communication. They no-called no-showed twice out of 3 days. The first day they were scheduled to perform work, I called their office an hour after expecting them and was told that another job took longer than expected and they'd be there the following day. They apparently forgot to call me to reschedule ahead of time. The second day, they showed up on time and performed the work as agreed. The third day, I received a call at 8:15AM from them and was advised they'd arrive between 9:30AM and 10AM at my tenant's apartment. At 10:15 I called their office again and was told their early job that morning had run long and they'd be to my tenant afterwards. Since I do not live there, this effectively killed 2 hours of my morning waiting on them to arrive at the time they set. I could have easily adjusted with two simple phone calls on the first and third day. Once again, their work was good. Best of luck to them in the future read more

I highly recommend Drywall Medics to anyone who is in need of drywall work on an old home or brand new home. I am a local Realtor in in Marysville and throughout the counties, and I have personally used Drywall Medics. I removed the 1960's paneling and found it was glued and heavily nailed to the drywall and was not salvageable. Dry Wall medics came in and installed new drywall and you would think the home was just built in 2021 with how seamless it looks. Professional crew with amazing results. Drywall medics came out and gave us an estimate, performed the work for the price we were quoted and they were on time and professional about it. The results after the project are great. They fixed several areas where we had drywall missing, they texture matches places we had water damage as well. I cant even tell we ever had a problem. They cleaned everything up. Alright so I spoke with miss Jade at drywall medic a few days ago.. she booked me in for today at 9 am (October 22nd 2019) she then calls today (the day of my 9am appointment) and says they are on a supply run for my house and won't be there until 1pm. (Now the owner is messaging me saying something came up lol) then they made my appointment for 1pm..... An hour goes by and it is now 2pm. I then I get an email saying they will be there at 2-2:30... ( I'm more than happy to share the emails with anyone!) End of story they finally show up at 2:45 and honestly yes I didn't answer but the way that they are currently handling this is completely unprofessional using emojis in emails saying this and that like children! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Unless you like waiting and then being treated as a second class customer. rude rude rude lol Again drywall medic I said it a thousand times in emails to y'all. Needed some work on a settlement cracks and bad tape jobs some 17 feet off the ground. I called drywall medics and talked with John. He inspected the work areas gave me an estimate and the work was all done within a week. During the work another supervisor maybe owner Jason, stopped by to check on the work. It was very nice and reassuring to have the bosses stop by to say hi and make sure everything was going good with the job. read more
