The employee helping me never mentioned that for only about $7 more, I could have purchased 28 grams of the exact same Tier 3 product. A few days later, I returned and discovered the deal myself, purchasing 28 grams for $88. It makes no sense that I paid $81 for 14 grams when another customer could walk in and get double the amount of the same tier for only $7 more. What frustrates me most is that when I brought this to their attention, management refused to do anything to make it right. No store credit, no discount on a future purchase, no attempt to retain a customer--just a simple "sorry, we can't help you."I understand that customers are responsible for their purchases, but I also expect employees to inform customers of obvious promotions that provide significantly better value. This experience left me feeling misled and undervalued as a customer. Unfortunately, because of how this was handled, I'll be taking my business elsewhere.
