From a parent's perspective, this university needs new leadership that does an overhaul and new…read moretraining. I constantly feel we run in circles to make them do their job or fix their mistakes. I spend so much time on business matters because of their mistakes. Another review mentioned they are condescending and rude, which is true. They repeatedly burden their mistakes on the students, and I have to get involved. The only good experience has been with teachers and the registrar's office. However, the registrar's office needs to get up to date with the times and allow students to drop classes online. Business Services, Financial Aid and Advising offices are the biggest hassles. Their billing could be more clear as well. I am college-educated from a private university, and I have a kid at a top-ranking school, and this is not even close to how a university should be run.

The owner…read moreof this school gave me her word that I would be able to attend a course and that they could accept my MyCAA and about two weeks into the course, they said they could not take my financial aid for MyCAA. I was lied to from the very beginning. I am now out $240 dollars as I am still waiting on them to refund me the money I spent to pay the remainder from the MyCAA and they jipped me on not getting the $140 back for registration. I would have never paid for this course and registration if I had known they would be such liars and coax me into taking such a faulty program. The schools are ran by very irresponsible and cheating people. My suggestions, don't go here! Find something that is actually credible and is ran by ethical people.

Signing up: lost my paperwork and disapproved it because the business office after applying in November and starting in May hadn't even processed all of my paperwork. I left emails and called and her voicemail was too full to even leave one so I complained. Webadvisor: I'm great friends with the webadvisor IT because the weather has to be right or you need to constantly change you browser engine. So far Bing is the best. Resigning up for more classes the lady forgot about me and my 2 year old for an hour until I checked, I stayed longer because I thought I was gonna have more issues Online classes: if you do online you need to decide at the very least 3 months in advance because the book store is crap. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!! Go up there and get your books or you'll never get them. It says 1-3 business days and it's been 2 weeks. Reason why I'm trying to drop these two classes online because the teacher advised me too ADVISED ME TOO. So as I'm trying to drop these classes I email the IT Guy for eforms they're not to bad okay but the have this automated response. But they send a reset email password to my Army account. My school email account where I get all my stuff from school is gmail so how in the world did you mess this up? So I called the IT guy and I was on mute somehow this isn't the first time I've been on mute. Only go to this school if you have VOCREHAB other then that this school isn't for you if you're a veteran or a civilian. Just don't.
