Where to start.... Your service came from a single good…read morerecommendation so we went from that... We dissatisfied with your company work ethic for many reasons I will list here... 1. You arrived an entire week early and only called to inform me as you were in my driveway... 2. We were charged 1800 dollars if we did the cleanup after...the mess your company made with my yard was beyond what a normal cleanup should have been. My yard is full of holes n ruts and bark..you cut 6 to 8 foot logs and let them fall 20 feet to the ground...logs that are impossible to move... 3. Your wife demanded payment immediately and made me feel guilty for not having my checkbook waiting...You showed up unannounced a week early. 4. We were charged 1800 for both of the trees Fully down...After....showed up and made his deal you left most of the bulk of the trees standing and we were still charged for the full service...We are owed money like 500 dollars at least... 5. The half cut trees sat there for 2 weeks untill your company once again showed up unannounced and made yet another mess of my yard...looked very unprofessional and also unsafe...my yard is tore up from another deal that was not mine... 6. Another week has gone by and the trees are still there...you looked right at me and said "We will back this afternoon to get those trees removed"...that was almost another week ago...still here half in my driveway now...I bet you will show up unannounced again with a big pulp truck that will destroy my property even more ... Not cool .. 7. Who gave you permission to drive a ton truck across my yard to pull the last tree down? Also not cool... I won't take angry phone calls with idle threats...I know how people are...that won't help your case...I will simply call the better business bureau and possibly OSHA from some of the unsafe practices I saw. I called Tim for a quote just over a week ago, he immediately responded and scheduled a time to meet at my house, once here, he took time to understand what I wanted to accomplish, he conducted a brief site survey and provided me with 3 options aimed to set my mind at ease. Tim and his crew are professional, friendly, and man do they do good work! Tim had a cancelation and was able to schedule me in a week early. Today was go day! Tim and his crew called to let me know they were on their way, once here they reviewed their game plan and a few hours later I had 6 problematic trees taken down. This team far exceeded my expectations. Being budget conscious I opted to only have the trees taken down, not only did they qoute me an incredible price, Tim and team neatly cut my trees into manageable sections and neatly placed in an area away from traffic! They even used a blower to ensure my driveway was free of any debris. I called on many people in the business, and I found a few decent options, good people, with competitive pricing, I also had few that I called on that never called back, and who scheduled an appointment and never showed up, not even a call to cancel.
