On spot cortado, better coffee than many chains in the area. We've tried the Aren Latte and Kopi Su in the past, both different and memorable. Regret not getting two onion cheese empanadas instead of one, they are so good. Perfect pick me up with your 11 am coffee. We were coffee/cafe hopping and craving a bagel by our second stop, glad to find one here. Cheddar Jalapeno cream cheese has enough heat to complement the crunchy bagel. Enough seating inside. Ordering is made easy with the big screen menu right before you order at the counter. Service is quick and friendly, crowded for the sunday morninh but then it was the holiday weekend.

I always park across the street from this place, but today I decided to give it a try, and it was such a nice surprise. It's an Indonesian coffee shop with a beautiful atmosphere, great decoration, and a friendly staff that really knows a lot about coffee. I watched the short video at the front, which was very interesting. I loved the coffee, and I think you would love it too.

OH MY-- if i could spend all my money here i would. The aren latte semi sweet is truly a gem and gift to the dc area. Please open in nyc!!! I will visit every week. Service is also fantastic as the barista took care of my needs.

The crew here works really hard. Amazing job. I came here before heading to Smithsonian, and it was raining, I ran in and had a pleasant Vanilla Latte, tastes amazing.

I needed coffee to kick start my day and ended up at Dua DC coffee. This cute coffee shop serves up a variety of lattes iced or hot, dripped coffees, and signature drinks. During this visit I got their kopi susu, one of their Indonesian signature drinks. It had the right balance of coffee and sweetness (light). I tried their pour overs on previous visits and like them too. Service is good and friendly. Seating inside, but limited.

Stopped by late afternoon for a pick me up latte. Ended up ordering the kopi susu latte iced and a bakwan for a snack. The bakwan was ready immediately and is a fried fritter made with sweet corn. It was crispy but also quite greasy. I used a couple of paper napkins to get the oil out. The latte took a long time to be ready. When I went to inquire I was told they're working on it. After that it was ready in a minute or so. The latte was good and hit the spot. Ambiance wise, it's a small cafe, not too much seating but there are some tables and chairs outside.

This might be my favorite coffee I've tried in DC so far! Try an iced pandan oat milk latte! You won't regret it.

I stopped in again today and got the aren latte. It's a strong espresso with some molasses and whole milk. The pour was beautiful! Our drinks were prepared quickly. They have a few seating options for being a compact space. We sat in the back at a table, which is a little darker. It's very quiet in this shop, which we enjoyed. They do a solid business. Last time I sat in the window up front, which was very well lit and easy to read in. Will be back again soon!

Love love love their coffees and snacks! I love ethnic coffee shops, it truly is a very accessible way to explore different cuisines and coffees in a casual manner. And this being an Indonesian spot makes my heart so happy!! Highly recommend their aren brown latte - it's really not too sweet at all (I'm the type that can't finish sweet drinks). Also recommend their rendang toast, bakwan, and pischok. Delicious little snacks with so much flavor. It's a cute shop with a good number of seats inside and outside, but can still get pretty busy. Service is friendly!

During our visit to DC, we decided to check out this Indonesian coffee spot since St. Louis doesn't have one. The cafe was very busy, with a line forming outside. I ordered their Rose Latte and my friend ordered one of their specials (forgot the name). The space is quite small, but the coffee is legit and worth trying. Does anyone want to open an Indonesian cafe in St. Louis... ?

Stopped by for some much needed fuel after walking around for 15827954 hours. The worker was super friendly and he greeted us as we walked in and he had a big warm smile on his face the whole time he interacted with us. We weren't too sure what we wanted so he gave us time to look over the menu. I ordered a hot Kopu Susu latte and he said it was one of their best sellers. I waited a few minutes for my drink and it was called out when ready at the counter. It was pretty busy and every table was taken both inside and out. We settled on the bench along the wall (inside) and it turned our to be pretty comfy. My drink was good. I added a bit of half and half and it made it so much better. Great service, clean space, comfy vibes, and good drinks - thank you!

Came and got a refreshing drink and it was a nice stop. It was busy when we walked in but we got helped right away. I ordered a small iced mango matcha drink and it was super good. I totally recommend this drink. The inside was small but had a homey comforting vibe to it. Staff was friendly.

Ordered: - Iced kopi susu (4/5): Nice and creamy and not overly sweet! My gf is a bit picky with her coffee and didn't like the blend they used but once it was mixed well she was happy with it. Overall (5/5): We visited here back in late September. Really fast service and decent price for the coffee. Probably wouldn't work/study here though as it's a bit small and pretty busy + noisy but it could be a nice place to have a quick catch up with friends or pop in for a quick break. Their snacks and pastries also looked tasty but we unfortunately didn't get to try any as we had just finished eating before stopping by for coffee to-go.
