We actually started with a different pediatrician office when our son was born! After three…read moreappointments with the other pediatrician, we just unwelcomed and never felt heard so we ended up trying Sunny Pediatrics with Dr. Sana Syed! Our first thought upon walking in was it was very kid friendly with a very colorful ambience! The lady at the front desk is so delightful every time we are in there! She always has a smile on her face and makes us feel like family! All of the nursing staff has also been very welcoming and always ready to listen! Dr. Sana Syed has been a blessing as a Pediatrician! At our initial appointment she listens to our concerns, helped us come up with solutions to help in the meantime, referred us to a pediatric ENT where they decided to perform surgery the next day! Where as the other Pediatrician just gave us the runaround, Dr. Syed heard us and made things happen! Every appointment since we still feel just as welcomed and always have her undivided attention and knowledge! Everything we could've possibly ever wanted in a Pediatrician. We have found with her and her office.

King with a review of each of the part of the test and where I stood and where i should be -- and recommendations (-- for me none expect to return in a year) Her staff was very nice as well ... This is a group of fine doctors but very poor administrators. Find another group of physician. There are better choices available.

When I asked the front desk, they said they'd check, but no update came. Meanwhile, others who came after me were seen first. This was just a second dose vaccine follow-up, and during my last visit, I was told it wouldn't take much time. I ended up waiting nearly 40 minutes before I was called in. That said, Sky was super cool, professional and gentle. I didn't even feel a pinch! In and out in 10 minutes. The wait was frustrating, but Sky made the actual visit smooth and easy. The clinic should definitely work on managing appointment timing better, especially for simple follow-ups.

I expected at least a message on MyChart. I was told that someone tried calling my old cell phone number and could not reach me. If this is accurate why not send me a letter or message on MyChart? Also, the phone wait time was nearly ten minutes. I'm glad that I was allowed to see the problems with this office before ever going to my first appointment.

Said he is not taking new patients, why did they make the appointment then? Just to waste the patient's time. I informed them I have a $35 fee for late cancellations and they refused to pay, I guess I will bill them and take them to small claim court if they do not pay.
