Great massage but the receptionist tried to charge me for 90 minutes when it was 60 minutes. The…read morereceptionist told me it was 80 minutes even though the staff told her it was only one hour. I then sat in the office for over 30 minutes for her to give me a refund or even get a refund. My stress free night is completely ruined by this disgusting behaviour. The owner charged me the right price for what I paid for in the end after having to fight for it and they seemed as though I should be thankful though I HAD TO FIGHT TO GET A REFUND AND I SPENT 30 MINUTES WAITING. Save yourself the trouble and DO NOT EVER GO HERE, I now will have to spend more money having another massage elsewhere to try and actually de-stress from this horrific horrific experience. At best, the massage lady did not care about my wellbeing and has inadequate training, at worst, it was done intentionally to harm me. The staff member was rough, careless, used unusual and dangerous techniques with intense pressure full physical force, including sudden chopping strokes on my head with full force without warning, full force closed fist hits directly to my spine without warning and full force stinging slapping across my back, and many repeated motions along my bikini line. They ask for upfront payment in cash, and charge $1.90 for using a card (credit and debit) to pay, I was not asked if I have any pain/injury/pregnancy/allergies, the staff member laughed and joked loudly with other staff when she left the room multiple times without warning and roughly whipped the eye mask from my face twice. A degrading experience that both hurt and humiliated me.

Maybe one person working, MAYBE one person getting a massage. This little haven of muscle relaxation and good smelling incense and body oils is amazing. It's cheap! It's quick! And when they aren't busy you can still get the full lie-down massage. If you're in a hurry though, the 30 minute, in-chair massage is great. Deep tissue? They will knead your back into submission. A little softer? Yessir!
