They don't believe anything will come of a citizen reporting crime. No real interest in community matters and getting justice. Detectives don't bother replying to serious emails. It's no wonder the country is in the state that it's in. Family and friends of the force still think their sun shines bright though. Nice for them. The rest of us citizens can just rot.
