I almost never need to use a laundromat, but we we are staying at a vacation rental that did not have a washer and dryer. I searched for the highest rated laundromat and came across this one. I was pleasantly surprised at the size of this place and the cleanliness. Different varieties of washers and dryer's from small to extra large capacity. Everything was so clean, and there was a comfortable seating area to wait for your laundry. There was also an area you could wash your pets and also a car wash that was adjacent to the laundromat. This is a full-service shop. In addition to the expected drop-off and self-service laundry, the dog wash and car wash can't be beat. Immaculately clean. Friendly staff. Convenient location. And, best of all, the washers range from small (and inexpensive) for light loads up to humongous size for, I don't know what... Mattresses? (I mean, they're BIG!) We were on our way in our RV to Oregon and saw this place to do our laundry. The owner actually helped us and was very accommodating. He also runs the car wash next door. They have a corner where you can eat your lunch while waiting for your laundry to be done. Very pleasantly surprised with the service. read more

I updated my review so hopefully it worked! We were traveling from out of town and used the laundromat and the dog wash. The laundromat has special cards that you put money on to use there. We ended up getting double charged. I ended up speaking with the owner and he was able to find a solution to get us the refund so I appreciate his help. The dog wash was clean and convenient to use. The pups even got a treat after their baths so they were happy! We will come back to Duds N Suds next time we're in town. read more

Very clean, staff is helpful, and they have washing soap and dryer sheets at a reasonable price. It was a little busy but people in general are friendly and removed their items in a timely manner. You do have to purchase a card to work the machines. I highly recommend. read more

And while my recent visit only required a vehicle wash in one of their self-service washing bays, I can't help but marvel at how convenient this place would have been had I also had some dirty clothes or a muddy dog to deal with as well. As for the vehicle wash, it was pretty much your standard self-serve experience. My car was pretty caked in dirt as I was in the middle of a long road trip, but a few bucks in quarters and some elbow grease returned it to its previous shiny luster. read more

I needed to wash all my heavy bedding, and the staff was super helpful with all my questions with machine size. Also, the environment felt comfortable and inviting along with being super clean. I particularly liked the "quarter-free" pay system allowing me to simply charge a provided card to use the machines. The early morning weekend lady is super nice and sweet. She listens to good music and is always very welcoming. They have a wide selection of washers and dryers, comfy couches in front of a large TV, tables with chairs and free WiFi so you can get work done while doing laundry. It's very clean and organized. I wonky wish they'd open earlier on weekends. Busy moms that want to get laundry out of the way before breakfast would really appreciate that. read more

I have recently started coming to this laundromat/car wash and I love it! Let me tell you why... First, the car wash is efficient and clean. They have a soak spray that loosens up those caked on bugs. They offer towels (free of charge w wash) to dry your car off with! Second, the laundromat, the staff is so friendly and kind. There is a peaceful, safe feeling here. Things are clean and well maintained. We came here in an RV traveling through Bozeman, and I can testify they have ample parking and the car wash next door is tall enough to accommodate most RVs. The laundromat has lots of washers in many sizes (no need to wait), and a friendly on-site attendant who will sell you rolls of quarters (no messing with those silly cash machines). My children especially appreciated the big screen TV and 3 leather-look couches (very comfy). If I were a college student with transportation at MSU, I would be here every week. read more

I only went here for the dog wash, but it was disappointing on many fronts. First of all, I went specifically after a web search because the price was listed as $10 only to arrive, after a long walk, to find out that it's actually $15 (for 20 minutes). A nice lady told me that they haven't updated the website...so be warned. After gathering the supplies and hustling to the separate building - realizing my time was about to start, I entered the dog wash room to find it covered with dog hair. I cleared the drain, and began power washing, fearing I would run-over and be charged more. Finally, when I tried to get my dog out of the wash, the ramp collapsed. terrible the ladies working we're beyond rude. i've never been to a laundry mat so obviously i was a little confused on what to be doing as far as how to get a card (i thought you could pay with coins) and what not. when i asked for help twice by the two ladies THAT WERE BEING PAID TO HELP neither of them helped. one with lots of eye liner was very short and rude, she also provided plenty of bitchy looks. the one with blue hair was semi helpful in the beginning but when i asked to help with the dryer she asked if i "had an injury or something? why i needed help?" like hello you work there not to go behind the counter and sit on their phones like they did. read more

Been coming here for many years and always had a good experience. However this year not so good we had lots of laundry, our truck and Trailer along with our dogs to wash. When we tried to pay with a $100.00 the gal at the counter refused to take it. Wow what service, we spent over $70.00 in quarters but she could not take our $100.00!! read more

This is the best laundromat in the history of laundromats. All front-load washers, lots of different sizes and more than reasonable fees. My clothes come out really clean. There's a little lounging area with a TV...pretty much like hanging out in your own living room. Wifi too. There are little lawn chairs lined up above the washers that you can take outside when the weather's good. They have a car wash right next door, with a dog-washing station, and towels are provided inside the laundromat. Staff is good-natured, friendly, and helpful. Even though it's sometimes inconvenient for me, I like that they close earlier on Fridays, giving their staff time to have a life. read more

I love this place! As a college student many of the facilities on campus can be crowded. Duds And Suds is a big building with plenty of room to fold and sort. The staff are always friendly and willing to answer any question. They also have Wi-Fi and a lounge area with a TV to keep busy while waiting for your clothes to get done.
