I had a genealogic research question, sent an email expecting to get a response asking for money up front and a letter of my question. Not only did I get a prompt email response, my request was transferred to the correct office and I got more information than I asked for! Truly great public servants.

She reviewed and processed our documents and gave crystal clear instructions and directions to the County Tax Office located in the basement of the Courthouse. The office manager must be super engaged to have employees who treat customers in such a professional manner. Highly recommend this location and staff .

But I feel as if Todd did not actually fight for my case like he should of. after court I ask him to file contempt due to my childs father not following court rules and he continued just to tell me he would reach out to the other council and then pulled from my case, now I am being taken back to court again for the same case. the case was drug out way longer than it should of, and I waisted so much money. It's not as big or diverse as Joplin but it has a similar feel and Small Town Missouri has its charm - and Carthage exudes that. I've been here several times now and I'm sure I'll be here again before long.
