He routinely scheduled meetings that offered no substantive progress--often multitasking, such as feeding his cat during our sessions--and frequently asked for the same information multiple times, which felt like a tactic to inflate billable hours rather than an effort to move the case forward. The lack of focus, professionalism, and follow-through led me to question his integrity and commitment to my case. I had to constantly repeat myself as to what I was wanting, he never contacted you and lied about making calls to you. When you did get in touch he wanted to make an in person appointment after you repeated what you wanted, at the in person appointment it was jist another chance for you to repeat your so he can bill you and continue to do nothing.
