They sell a wide variety of name brand watches like Fossil, Diesel, DKNY, Tommy Hilfigger, Anne Klein, the list goes on. Just what I look for when I need a new watch battery. (I can't speak to purchasing a watch here - although they look to have quite a range, as well as a number of watch bands.) My husband and I have had them replace batteries in several of our watches (of varying brands and value) and are satisfied repeat customers. The last time we were in, I was just asking the jeweller when I should pick up my watch, as she changed my battery and handed it back to me with a smile. I love that a place that fixes timepieces values MY time. I may not be able to turn back the clock, but I will be turning to The Watch Shop time after time(!).

We had some lovely Champagne when we went in to get the ring resized. As part of their packages, they offer free cleaning for life on their engagement rings and they always encourage you to come in and take full advantage of it. I actually went here to get my Rolex serviced as it was more cost effective than some other choices. Apparently when you own a Rolex you are supposed to have it serviced every year but I could not afford to do this or remember and I can be of the mentality of it's not broke don't fix it! However my watch was rapidly losing time about 5 minutes every day which I was kind of adapting to but decided after about 8 years of wearing it perhaps it was time for the first service. While there I did also mention that as much as I loved the watch I could not read the time (so it losing time did not really matter) due to the little gold hands on the gold background. I asked about changing the colour of the background. They suggested changing the colour of the hands which was a MUCH cheaper option and was included in the price of the service. Cost of the service €380 and I got the watch back all nice and shiny AND I can tell the time again YIPPEE. Okay it may be a bit expensive but wearing a good watch is like wearing silk underwear - you just feel good.
