I paid a retainer and filing fee upfront and for over a year, nothing was done. No filings, no communication, and no progress on my case whatsoever. After multiple attempts to get answers, I finally demanded accountability and filed a complaint with the PA BAR. Eventually, they claimed to send me a refund for the court filing, but the check they issued was bogus and it bounced. To date, I am still out hundreds of dollars, and I've had to start over with a new attorney. In my experience, this was the most unprofessional and unethical legal representation in the Lehigh Valley. I would strongly caution anyone considering this firm. If you value your time, money, and peace of mind, look elsewhere.

He used me to help win the case during the deposition and as soon as we won he sided with my husband and decided to represent him instead of me (the person who hired him in the first place) He did nothing but try to purposely cause division within me and my husbands relationship which was already challenged. He lacks morals and is the most Evil man I know. Fast forward to FINALLY getting the settlement checks...He is purposely trying to hold up my settlement check. How funny he had such an issue with the HIS settlement check being issued in my name and his but he issues the check to MY lawyer the same way. To make matters worse! He sent a tracking number for a 1 day delivery only to find out that they only created a label but never delivered the check to USPS. Long story short, Run for the hills. Art in particular will smile in your face and stab you in the back. He has the rest of our money in Escrow and I can only imagine the hell he will try to give when it's time to cross that bridge. He is the reason I don't trust lawyers now. If you can help it look elsewhere. He's a piece of shit and not to be trusted.
