The marketing materials are clearly the best quality money can buy - but I'd much rather the prices were a bit less than they are, so consequently I won't be returning. Sharon the receptionist was quite welcoming when I arrived. She led me towards the back of the building where the reception area actually was. Shortly after checking in, Dr Brian greeted me and then led me to the front of the building where the dental room was. He explained what he was going to do with my teeth and advised me to tell him if I had any problems or was not happy during my visit. He and Carrie who was the dental nurse during my visit were assuring and calming. Before I left I was given an envelope about the practice's insurance and payment plans as well as a magnet and business cards. I was very pleased with the fact that they did not try and push me into purchasing a plan. I highly recommend this dental practice and am considering joining them in the near future!

I will be blunt…read more This has to be the worst dentist I have ever been to. Admittedly this was some years ago now but I saw him for about a year in which time he did a lot of work on my teeth. I found him to be rude and made me feel uncomfortable (as I am never comfortable around dentists anyway). Within a year of leaving all of the work he did was replaced and one tooth that he had me spend a lot of money patching up had to be removed anyway.
