When a business is up front that they can't meet your needs and doesn't waste your time trying to either come up with something that won't work or being so late, you can't get what you want, that's a business you want to keep in your back pocket for later. I might change my mind about this review later, but the folks at The Party Station were more interested in my satisfaction than their ability to make a sale. That's quality ethics right there, and it's definitely something customers want to know about a vendor.
