A great store. All products are a big hit. Their marketing team is full of geniuses!! If you love the commercials, they have a loop of them playing in a lounge in the back of the store. Love the quality... but when it's end of season and all that you find is winter on the shelves ( sept 1!) then when you find a pair of shorts (1of 7 pairs on the shelf) then they should be on clearance! read more

This is a brand new store. Only 2 months old. We came looking for work pants for my husband, but I found some nice things for myself as well! They have a very nice collection of women's clothes and being a tall girl I appreciated that their pants came in multiple lengths: 29, 31, & 33 inch inseam. Now if they could also make their ladies shirts in "tall sizes"...it's not just our legs that are long . Anywho, the store was clean and well decorated and the employees were helpful. If they don't have a certain size in store you can go to the back and use the computers to order online. The employees were so helpful that they did my online order for me while I played with the kids toys. They have a selection of retro toys & games in the back. You can try them before you buy. Quality. That's what I think when I enter Duluth Trading. And when I look at price tags, I get sticker shock. The prices are really high, but so is the quality. They have $385 leather bags that I just don't need. They have lots of clothes, especially for the big and tall. I like that the store is divided in two - half men, half women. Did I mention the quality is over the top? I am not a flannel person, but I did like some of the pants and shirts. They sell Kean boots and waterproof shoes. I'm sure they're great, but for $150, I could buy two pairs of my current waterproof shoes. I mean, if you have the money, this wouldn't be a bad place to spend it. I am a fan, but leaning to 3.5. The cloths are great. I don't think there is anything that is not well made and functional. For the firehose line, I like them better then Garheart. They are very well constructed with lots of utility. The flannel is the real deal. The Buck Naked line is all it is advertised. The pricing is strange. The heavy duty stuff is priced great, almost seems low. The other things like t-shirts all seem on the high side. So I guess they meet in the middle. Their online shopping is great. The store is awesome and laid out great. Boys on the left, girls on the right. My biggest issue is their sales prices. As an example, their free swinging flannel was marked down from 49(ish) to 25. Opinion 49 is too much. Anyway, went to get one. Got to the cashier. You can not see what they are charging you. So I had to to wait till they completed the ringing up. Then I questioned the charges. Come to find out that only certain colors/patterns were in sale. The way you identified them was a white spot on the tag. But, nothing tells you anything about that. So ended up not getting a shirt. And apparently the cashier does not have the ability to make the call that would at at least save a sale. read more

Ordered several items from Duluth online. I ended up returning 2 of the items. Its been over a month and I still do not have my credit for these items. I have tried to get an answer via email and calling Customer Service. They seem to be telling me tales about when I will get my refund. So after many emails and several calls...I gave up and filed a complaint with the BBB. I hope they can get my nearly $300 back. I would stay clear of Duluth. Business practices very shady. read more

They are not open until 8pm on Sundays. They close at 5pm. We made a special trip and they were locked shut at 5:30 even though the hours stayed on Yelp said they were closed at 8pm on Sundays. Somebody's eye off the ball. read more
