And when I would receive a reply it had to be edited. Through perseverance I was able to resolve one issue myself. The remaining issues are still pending. I was never more disappointed in a professional than with this law firm. The last charge to my account was September 2021 with a balance due. It is now May 2022 and I received a bill. The bill arrived 8 months after my last charge and 3 months after they were fired. Glad to move on. Not satisfied with the quality or quantity of work performed. I recommend you go elsewhere. This is a sample of a communication from October 2021: I contracted with you in April 2021 to resolve the aforementioned issues. As of October 20, 2021, not one issue has been resolved. I asked you if there would be a conflict of interest with either the Association or the Managing agent that would prohibit you from representing me. 1. Our roof has not been repaired. (9 months) 2. I have no direct line of communication with our Board of Directors. (9 months) 3. The Board of directors has not been forthcoming with any evidence of a Pet violation. (8 months) 4. I have not received either approval or denial of a satellite installation (5 months) The rules and regulations clearly state that the Board of Directors must approve prior to installation - see attachment 5. I asked if I had sufficient legal standing to take the Board of Directors to court to recuperate my legal fees - No response (4 Months) June 27th communication Nine months may not be a lengthy amount of time for you. When your property has been damaged and you are accused of wrongdoing nine months is an eternity. Not one issue has been resolved.
