Prices are very high on some items, more than you would pay for same item in a discount or even regular grocery store. They had advertised beef steak tomatoes on sale as well as a good deal on blueberries. Got there and found out the tomatoes were hot house, all of their tomatoes are, couldn't find the blueberries so I asked a worker and her very curt reply was, "we're out." I don't believe, as in days of old, that their produce is farm fresh as first of all; a legitimate farmers market sells local farm produce and not something shipped in from a Hothouse in Michigan. I don't believe there was one produce item in the store actually grown on a local farm as most of it seemed to have been shipped in from somewhere. Their baked goods seem to be from a local Amish bakery but not fresh, it is frozen. That same Amish bakery also sells in the local supermarkets and very expensive. I picked up a loaf of multigrain bread not locally made that was still partially frozen and more expensive than I would pay for at my local grocer. I didn't want to leave empty handed so I bought a tomato, some banana's that were priced well below supermarket bananas, and an eggplant a little more expensive than supermarket. The cashier was a young girl and very friendly.

Before signing, we asked how long the project would take. They said it would take 4 to 5 days, which somewhat justified the high labor price for the 4 workers and the Project Leader. The project actually only took 2 days but, I got no credit for the lesser project time. To justify the gap, they jumped the previously quoted charge out rate from $90 /man/hr to $150 - $200/man/hr. I wish I had gotten more in writing. "Buyer beware".

Rohrs assured I would be first on list for next day. AGAIN took day off work and still no call so called by 10 am and told equipment broke and worker needed to finish a job and now wouldn't be until later afternoon. i stated I understand things happen but a call would of been nice to know. Needless to say they did not offer anything to make it right and so returned the tree. Horrible customer service and follow through. this establishment is only interested in commercial business for big money and would not recommend this place to anyone !!!

Hitch pulled out from receiver allowing tongue of trailer to hit the ground and slide under my two vehicle. With a ton of limestone in the trailer. Big problem. Loader operator came out and helped me get the hitch back together, hooked up the trailer, and one of the guys gave me a hitch pin, which had somehow gone missing. In other words they pitched in to help rather than stand back and watch me struggle.
