I contacted Carlos and he was able to bring his skid steer out and spread the dirt. He is very skilled at moving debris and dirt about the property! He is a hard worker and once he starts, he doesn't stop! As you can see from the video, he moves the skid steer like it is an extension of his body, missing trees, pushing, pulling, grappling with the skill of a surgeon! Carlos ascertains from the customer what one wants and then goes about doing it very quickly! He has a minimum charge for 4 hours of work. Understandably, when he brings his equipment out to the property he has to unload the skid steer and afterwards, reload the onto his trailer. However, Carlos doesn't charge from the time he gets to the property, he starts the 4 hour minimum 'clock' when the project begins. He is very meticulous in his work and leaves the property looking GREAT! I've used his services twice and would not hesitate to call him again and again!
