Clearly it was done from something falling off the roof during installation. I took photos. I sent them to the project manager (via text and email). No response. I got a call from the marketing department asking if my home (and myself) could be featured on the website. I said, sure. Fix my ripped screen first! The marketer said that she'd contact the project manager directly. She did. Finally, 2 hours later after 6 days of silence, the project manager gets back to me. He said, "I saw the photos. I asked my crew. They said that it was like that before". My response: No. It wasn't. He then said that he'd be out the next day to fix it himself. He never showed. He FINALLY showed up an finally fixed the shredded screen. (I didn't mention the squashed downspout). 2) A tile from the roof came off. (3 months ago) I contacted the original point man, and he came out immediately to re-attach it. 3) Yesterday: We noticed water damage to the ceiling in the bedroom. Multiple places where there was CLEARLY water getting into the house. I've tried 3 times now to get a response. Nothing so far. AVOID THIS COMPANY.
