Hmmmm. Then he told me it would be too costly to water the lawns. Hmmmm. I asked him if the Wiper family still owned Rest Haven. He, the one employee, said "Yes," the Wipers are still involved. I will be calling EWEB, the Wipers & the local media to report the sad state that Rest Haven is in. Mr. Van Leuven, the one employee, answered my question about the condition of the cemetery very defensively saying "Rest Haven is a not for profit cemetery & mausoleum & funeral home & you are free to remove your loved ones if you aren't happy with what we have here!"
