When I entered this store, an employee promptly and kindly greeted me, and he informed me of the current sales. I appreciated that he was performing his job and that he did not pester me afterward. Throughout the store, the racks and shelves were fully stocked with clothing and were well organized. I found a few tank tops that I liked. They were priced at $25-50 each, which is moderate to high in my opinion.

It is easy to find the departments that you want and there is space to move around within the departments. They were also pretty well organized and stocked. Associates seemed to be quick to pick up and organize anything that wasn't in the right place. It could potentially be a one stop shop for things like all your back to school needs. Make sure you check for coupons because they almost always have coupons (on top of their usual sales). The one down side is that while it seems like there are plentiful sales associates, it was surprisingly hard to track down an open register when I wanted to cash out. Overall, though, a great place to shop.

For many years, I have occasionally shopped at this Macy's store in Westmoreland Mall. During my most recent visit, I shopped mostly in the women's section, and I thought that the store had a good selection. I saw designer brands such as Calvin Klein and also name brands. The store was having a holiday sale for Memorial Day weekend, and most merchandise was discounted. The only constructive feedback that I have is for checkout lines to have shorter wait times.

This specific store is in the Westmoreland Mall. I usually purchase shoes online, but sometimes I shop at Shoe Dept. in person. During my recent visit, I looked throughout the entire store but mostly at women's shoes. The shelves were fully stocked, and shoes were available in various sizes and in some nice styles. I liked some of the brands such as Skechers, although the prices for those sneakers ranged from $65-75 dollars, which is alright but not as low as what I can find in online stores.

I only needed to be pointed in the direction that they were located and I did the rest. The ladies working were delightful and helpful with deciding on the style that was right for me. It was kind of fun to have an audience when it came to trying on the shoes. Once I had the right style I was ready to go. They have some great sales here. I feel like they are trying their best to make this store fail. Well, there are tags, but the part where the price is is ripped off. So you have to depend on signage and for a lot of stuff, there just isn't signage. And they don't have a way to check the price (except to go to a register or ask an associate and you will have a hard time finding someone). I came into the store with an online return. It should have been simple since I had the packing slip with all of the information on it. The girl at the register said they don't do online returns. I know they do so I asked if there was someone else who could help me. She called someone else over and they said the same thing. I came back a few days later and they were able to easily make the return, so it shows that they need to better train their staff. Overall, the store does look nice and well maintained. They just make it difficult to actually shop there.

Although they had no work to do, they were talking with each other rather than to customers. As I walked around the store, I saw that the shelves and racks were fully stocked with stylish clothing. For Memorial Day weekend, the prices were significantly discounted by 40%, which made them fairly reasonable. Although I do not usually shop at Express stores, I found some clothing styles that I liked.

Old Navy is not a store where I frequently shop, but I occasionally stop by to see what clothing styles are being offered. This particular Old Navy store is in Westmoreland Mall. As I browsed the racks and shelves of the store, I saw some styles of women's clothing that I liked, but they were mostly out of my size. I would not want to pay the regular prices, but the sale prices were OK. The employees did not greet much, but overall they did their jobs.
