Donuts are hardly ever good or fresh, coffee is always inconsistent. Majority of the staff could care less that you're there evident by me standing at the counter waiting to order making eye contact with staff for 7 minutes (they weren't busy). Prices have went sky high and do not represent the value of product you're receiving. Owners consistently try to add cold foam to beverages which is an additional up charge, even when it doesn't come standard on beverages. Bathrooms are also gross... I will never be back to this place. I used to love it and would go nearly 4 or more times a week. Man how things have changed! read more

Awful service, just awful. I never complain but this was bad. Totally ignored me in the drive through so I went inside. Another customer was waiting who said they had not even acknowledged her when she came in, same with me until I called out "hey, you have customers here!" They begrudgingly took my order then took forever to make one drink. I would have ordered a donut too, but there were none on the shelves. Finally got my drink, no ice! When I told the manager they need to work on customer service I was told they were short handed. There were three employees shuffling around! The two young men just laughed. Kitchen is always "Closed" even tho it's usually anywhere between 5-6PM. Food is never hot maybe once a month. Always is out of food for some reason even tho it's a dunkin' DONUTS? Also the donuts when they actually have them are usually dry and gross. Lazy workers or what??! I had a mobile order and I went to pick it up and I'm guessing the owners are the ones that gave me my order. I got a large pumpkin spice frozen drink and it didn't have the whip cream and it was just liquid.. like a straight drink, not frozen. So I asked her to put whip cream and she said acted confused and ignored me to talk to the other man. I told her it was all liquid, that It was supposed to be frozen.. a nice young man came up asked if I wanted whipped cream on if and I said don't worry about it. Well I thought it had gotten better but this morning proved me way wrong. I went through this morning and got a peppermint mocha iced coffee but after one drink I was not drinking anymore because it tasted awful. However my story does not end there I called to let them know something was wrong with it and that it tasted bad like it was very bitter almost like burnt coffee. Well the lady told me to bring it in and they would make a new one when I got there they literally took my cup and the girl working just dumped a bunch of flavoring in it I mean a bunch. I was horrified because one that was not the issue and two who does that it was almost like she was personally pissed I had said anything but considering how much I had just paid for it I thought it would be corrected. Management is terrible. I always get the same HAZELNUT ICE COFFEE WITH LIGHT ICE! I get about 10 creams every time and one sugar; but she insists that she can't put less than half (other employees there had no problem putting less) and this time I didn't even get enough cream & no sugar. Nobody in this store was wearing a mask on Jan 8, 2021. We are in a PANDEMIC. i called the manager and he was very rude over the phone and said his boss informed them they were not required even though it is a state mandate to wear a mask in public places! Love DD coffee. Then again, I love McDonalds coffee, so I'm easy. I think a lot of the negative reviews are because there is a great local donut shop in town and this is a big chain. I'm rooting for both to make it, variety is always good. read more

I hadn't been in a Dunkin Donuts in forever. I prefer Krispy Kreme. However, since this place was new, I decided to give it a shot. The donuts were dry. The frozen hot chocolate was some powered, vile stuff mixed with ice. The other donut shop is far superior. read more

I have not ate, ordered, or been back on the property since they first open that's how bad it was... I love ice coffee and whatever they gave me was extra NASTY I couldn't even take one drink out of it and tossed it in the garbage and my donuts I ordered well I didn't get everything I ordered and paid for my order was to go and me and my friend was both missing things and when we called them back they told us they was sorry didn't offer to have us come back later and write our names down or ask if we wanted to go ahead and come on back in for what was missing nothing just a well we have been really busy today I'm sorry.. No I'm sorry I gave y'all any of my money to begin with and will never do that again.. I will stick with BEST DONUTS because they are the BEST. Dunkin' Donuts has been open in Campbellsville for several months. I have several teenage daughters and we have been there probably every other week. The coffee is been fine I actually think a bit better than McDonald's which is next-door. I've been struggling with my Dunkin' Donuts app and when I was there last week I noticed they have a card that gets punched for a free coffee. I asked for the card. I felt the gentleman that owned the place was reluctant to give it to me, I asked for it to be punched as I had just bought a large latte. He knew me because of how many times I've been there but he said no I can get it punched next time. As I said the coffee is fine but the service of the owner is minimal one time it would be nice to see him smile and look happy to be there. It might be a coincidence but now while I'm going through McDonald's drive-through I noticed that although I waited in line at mc Donald's Dunkin' Donuts has nobody in their drive-through.
