If the weather is nice out, I would take advantage of their outdoor seating. The coffee, teas and desserts are top-notch (they even have artesanal ice cream). They sell gourmet products that you might not be able to find elsewhere (usually from family-owned chilean brands) such as chocolates, teas, jams and even merken from the south of Chile!
