For the amount of cars in their drive-thru this morning, I feel like the crew here provided good, timely service. I placed my order through the app, and although the female voice that spoke to me through the speaker was not at all upbeat or kind, the gentleman at the window had my order in-hand when I pulled up. The line leaked out into the parking lot, and had become a bit chaotic, but the employees kept the queue moving at a steady pace. My order was accurate and my food was hot. I order two wake-up wraps: one with regular bacon and the other with maple sugar bacon. They were both good, but I think I'll stick to the regular bacon in the future. read more

Dunkin donuts has always been my favorite place to get coffee or donuts. Since this location is near my chiropractor office, I decided to stop by to get a matcha latte and hash browns. I've also picked up a Raspberry watermelon refresher and egg white veggie bites. I used the app on my phone to check in and pick it up from the drive thru or inside,.which is very convenient. This Dunkin is practically brand new and I love the new design of the storefront. The inside is nice and very attractive looking and clean! The staff are very friendly and professional. They handle each order with special care and attention. I love this Dunkin location and will continue to visit the location if I ever in the mood for a matcha latte. Bad experience yesterday. Stopped to buy a dozen donuts and one of the "supervisors" was loudly berating an employee near display case and cash register in front of customers and 3 other employees. Terrible example of management "skills" or lack thereof. It should have been done in private and in a softer tone. I won't return to this location. read more

I just came through your drive-through and a cold if not frozen raisin bagel with very little cream cheese on it through the drive-through. Not a great thing to have first thing in the morning when you're expecting a hot, toasted bagel and cream cheese simply horrible. I threw it away at the gas station. The service was acceptable, but seemed to take a long time as for ambience. It's a drive-through not much to improve on or fail just very disappointed. I don't think you would enjoy a cold bagel on a Saturday morning as well tasted horrible. read more

I love Dunkin' donuts and will always be a fan, but the service at this location is not good. Workers are not very friendly or welcoming in the drive thru and seem to want us to get out as soon as possible. I unfortunately rarely have a good experience with the staff. The drinks are sometimes very unpredictable as well in flavor, but typically taste decent. I will continue to get Dunkin, but the training can improve for how workers treat customers. read more

I use to be a frequent customer of this location (seriously every day for a year). I'm not sure what happened in this last few months but every single time I come here they blatantly ignore my simple order. If I order a sandwich and switch the bread it's never correct nor do I get a heads up they are out (I understand supplier issues etc happen). I've ordered avocado toast with bacon on top 3 times now and ALL THREE TIMES they've either not charged me for the bacon or not given it to me. Such a simple order to mess up I don't understand. And how do you not hear the "with bacon". Seems they are more worried about getting thru the line fast vs getting orders accurate. This is really disappointing as this use to be the best location in the area. They don't try to fix any of these issues either. And never mind if you don't have your receipt so make sure you ask for it!! I won't be back and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone who values their time and money. read more

I've been a Dunkin' fan for quite a while. Are they the fanciest doughnut option around? Obviously not. However, for a quick fix and a variety of options I definitely appreciate them. This location at 116th & Allisonville is a location I hadn't yet visited until this morning when I finally decided to satisfy the doughnut craving I've had since mid-week. This location does have a drive-thru and it's fairly well situated to allow for a consistent line with few opportunities for sneaking in (there is one area on the side where it's possible, but someone would have to be very aggressive to try it). As I pulled up about 10-10:30am, I expected my believed chocolate frosted yeast might be gone for the day, though it seems like lately most of the locations have been doing pretty well with keeping the basics stocked. I had at least a half dozen cars in front of me, but the line moved quickly and it seemed like everyone was patient. The person working the drive-thru was friendly, though perhaps a bit difficult to understand (microphone issues). The employees I saw were wearing masks/gloves. I ordered my requested chocolate frosted yeast doughnuts (3) and a large unsweetened iced tea. It came in at just over five bucks - not what I would call a bargain, but on par with most other doughnut shops and less than many of the gourmet shops. The order was quickly ready when I arrived at the window. The doughnuts were fairly fresh considering it was late morning. They certainly satisfied my craving and I do like their unsweetened iced tea. This location has some nice stone on their storefront and it appears some options for enjoying the outside. They've maintained the structure from the former occupant (Jack-in-the-Box) but also done some nice upgrades. They also have accessible parking and curb cuts. I'd definitely return if in the area. read more

I've been there twice since they opened, both times swearing I will never go back. The first trip I went inside to choose my flavors and they were out of almost all my choices. The donuts I ended up with were dry and stale. Today I tried the drive-thru, what a joke. They don't list the choices, you get to choose coffee, or pastry or something else. Can you imagine if McDs listed "hamburger or drink or side" on their drive-thru menu? Hilariously inept and one wonders how they've stayed in business. Oh, and the donuts I ended up with? If you like having your order done wrong an handed to you by rude people, then keep going to this Dunkin'. I have had my order done wrong on more than one occasion. This last time I decided to call and say something. However when I called the phone just rang and after about 10 rings, someone picked it up and hung up the phone. This happened numerous times. I tried calling over a 48 hour period. The one time someone did answer the phone they said that they were a manager in training and that their name was Clay. When I told this person what was wrong and why I was calling they said that they could not help me and that they would need to get the actual manager. They proceeded to put me on hold and after 10 minutes someone picked the phone up and hung it up and then every time I tried to call back after that no one ever answered the phone again.
