I go to this dunkin every morning as it super close to my house but every wednesday when i mobile order my drink, it is always wrong. I am not sure what it is going on but it is not favorite thing to do when i mobile order my stuff and it is wrong and i do not have the time to wait. Just at Dunkin' Donuts in Lake Wales, terrible extra terrible service. Three donuts wanted to take the chocolate doughnut and throw it in on top of the other donuts upside down how to take it out and put it right side up myself not good at all. I don't think I'll ever be back there. read more

This location has someone taking orders who clearly cannot hear properly. I am repeatedly asked to repeat my order and asked to speak up "because it's loud in here". Subsequently my order was not surprisingly incorrect. Coffee had no cream and the grilled cheese as pictured was a sad excuse for a sandwich; no butter, just a few pieces of barely heated cheese. Yeah. I won't be back. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this location. read more

Quick and easy to get through when using the drive thru. We popped through here to get a few donuts on our way to Avon Park to visit family. We used the drive thru and there was only one car in front of us. They moved us through quickly and our order was ready as we reached the window. Staff was friendly and they greeted us when we arrived at the window. They actually ended up giving us a full dozen as they were overstocked that day and didn't want to have waste at the end of the day - bonus! The parking lot is a bit tricky - so heads up getting in and out of here. Overall: B+ Tricky parking lot, but overall a-ok! read more

Cameron can suck it. Coffee was awful. Service was even worse. Save your money and time and go somewhere else.

They never get the orders right, not to mention, they lie and say they can't do or aren't "allowed" to do basic, standard things. When in reality, they just don't feel like doing it. Things like, "oh we can't add a drizzle on top of the whip cream on a coffee". Um.... So every other Dunkin Donuts is wrong then? Yeah just go to the DD on Cypress or the Wawa, don't bother here. read more

I've been going tomDunkin Donuts since they opened within mikes of where I grew up. In my travels in 49:states I've stopped in many many DD. So my experience in the Dunkin Donuts in Lake Wales, Florida stubbed me. I've had an Apple Watch since they came out and I don't remember how many years ago Dunkin Donuts came out with an app for the iPhone. probably because Starbucks came out with one. Anyway it's always fun when I pull up to the window and they ask for money and I put my hand out with the DD app on the watch and ask them to "shoot" the watch. I've never had anyone refuse and many times the DD employee would say wow that's neat, when the payment registered. Now to this morning.....AsI arrived at the pickup window the young lady asked for payment, I said "ok, just shoot the watch". and as some new people who've never seen it done, she tried to lift the credit card machine to the window. I told her no, just use the scanner and shoot the watch. as she was about to, an older woman who seemed to be in a supervisory role stopped her and told he ypthey couldn't do that because they couldn't put the scanner gun out the window. I assured this woman that I had successfully used this payment at many many DD's around the country and many times at this very same DD. she then pushed the young lady out of the way and told new she'd show me that it wouldn't work. Somshe stuck the scanner gun out the window and shot my watch as it displayed the code. Boom! the registered acknowledged payment and the look on the supervisors face was worth the hassle. I laughed and told her "fantastic, you've learned something new today! my thanks was a very dirty look as she shoved my drink and sandwich out to window at me and said "goodbye! probably the nastiest person I've encountered at any DD's in years. I'm sure glad I don't work there! May your next visit be more pleasant than mine. pS. I tried to contact the ownership of this location but their phone rang off the hook. read more

Ordered a dozen mixed donuts...almost $10, and most of them were plain cake donuts. I was told they were almost out of donuts. How can you be OUT OF DONUTS, when you are called Dunkin DONUTS!? I tried to order pumpkin lattes and you guessed it....out of pumpkin syrup. They have really went down Hill. It's not surprise that they are getting beat by Starbucks. read more

She never acknowledged me, no greeting, didn't offer to get someone to help me. A young man came up to the counter to make a drink and never said anything. Worst dunken ever. The staff is lousy and rude. I live a few minutes from this DD and after today it will be my last time going. The woman at the counter was chewing on a straw with no mask on serving me my coffees. Website says they are 24 hours. Which is incorrect. Very disappointed. We were looking for a sweet treat but unfortunately they were closed.

Every time we come here they're out of something. On several occasions, workers are blasting music inside the store while making the wrong coffee for us. They're often out of things a coffee shop should have...like coffee. Was just told they're out of iced coffee. Several times we've been told they're out of Caramel as well. I'd much rather drive across town than hope that some kids manage to make my coffee right whenever they actually have the items to make it in the first place. Even ordered a coffee with cream and sugar and the workers (while blasting music from their phones), put a heaping pile of sugar in but no cream whatsoever. This store needs SERIOUS help and new management. read more

This is the absolute worst Dunkin Donuts I have ever been to. I am not the type to write reviews if I have a single bad experience. I am just a "let it go" person. There is not really another option nearby so I have been to this Dunkin Donuts a few times. Every single time I go there they are out of something. It doesn't matter if it's first thing in the morning, late afternoon or evening. Today I went there to order a large iced coffee and they said they were out of large cups. I find this absolutely ridiculous. Their espresso machine is not working every time I go there. If you need coffee nearby I would recommend going to the Gate gas station instead. Went into the store at 10:39 AM on 11/20/19. Surprise 1 - No Line. Surprise 2 - no cashier or any employee "up front." Heard laughter and conversation in the back; waited about 2 minutes before yelling "Yo" to get someone's attention. A girl with a headset walked into view and turned back and told "April" that there was a customer at the counter. Another girl came out of the back pushing a mop and bucket. Sh told me that "someone" would be right with me. Although a bit difficult to get in & out of, with very limited parking in front, this is a fairly well run location. It's clean, comfortable, and even offers a conference room. The staff always seems pleasant, which is a big plus in my book, and reflects well on the franchise owner. I drive from Sebring to Orlando periodically, and avoid the Sebring & Avon Park locations, because this Dunkin is a consistently better experience. read more

We stop at this Dunkin Donuts location a couple times a month. The coffee beverages are always good. Occasionally we order a donut too. Yesterday we stopped there and ordered iced coffee and a donut. The donut was stale. I took it to the counter and the cashier gave me a new one. She explained that the donuts are no longer made in store. How disappointing! BTW the second donut was stale as well. Worst Dunkin ever. We live in the area, and it is the closest donut place to our house... When we first moved here I went and waited about 25 minutes for coffee and a dozen donuts. They screwed up my coffee and were out of 75% of the donuts. Have not been back to that DD in a long time, until today. It is Mother's Day, and my kids really wanted some donuts, so we thought we would give it another shot. Well, at 10 am they were out of almost everything... seriously not even a glazed. One would think you would prepare for a busy Holiday Sunday and bake more... People are walking up the counter and just turning around. Well, we order a donut each for my kids and then order a coffee drink. I see there are 7 people standing next to the counter all waiting on drinks. We inquire as to the hold up, and are informed that the entire staff is brand new, except for one person (because today is the smartest day to train all new staff). 25 minutes later, I get my coffee. read more
