This Dunkin on 29th street is a solid stop. I go daily just for the coffee but it satisfies. It is an on tap location. IYKYK. The employees are friendly and helpful. They greet you as you walk in and if you are waiting they ask if you have an order you are waiting on. The shop is clean and organized. It it is easy in and out. Lots of parking and two drive thru lanes. Oh they have donuts as too :) read more

I was so excited to try it since it's newly renovated. This past Saturday we went through the drive through and it was the worst experience I think I've had in awhile. The girl over the intercom cut me off from ordering as if I was done when I wasn't and my partner hadn't even ordered yet. When we got to the window she said your order was the one with the -pause- and I had to recite what it was and she said "yeah that". I didn't feel like it was an overly amount of food for 2 people but she felt very irritated we ordered 5 items. I never received one of the items I ordered either and was so annoyed by the customer service I just drove home. read more

I've always heard amazing things about Dunkin' and if this is what America's running on...it makes sense. This location is always out of something. For example, the hash browns and bagel bites this morning. We were told they, "didn't know how long until they were ready", at 8:45am. Well doggonnit! This is the 2nd time Ive been here in probably 8 months & it seems to continue going down hill. I just stopped in on a Sunday morning for a sausage egg & cheese croissant, it was barely warm when I opened it up less than a few minutes later. One of my favorite treats this year I have gone twice and they were sold out today I called and asked if they had any before I made the drive there and they told me they would hold two for me since they were down to four, I greatly appreciate it and left a $3.00 tip. I got home to eat them with my child and we were so disappointed the donut was dry and only a tiny area where they insert the brownie batter was filled in both donuts. I had a blueberry coffee here and a jelly donut; nothing special, typical Dunkin Donuts fare. The reason for the good rating is the cashier who was working there, the regular price for a donut is $1.69 and it's supposed to be $1 with purchase of a medium or larger drink, she said the register wouldn't let her ring up the donut for a dollar so she just gave it to me for free. I am a delivery driver for Grubhub and doordash. I understand people get stressed, things get busy and things can become overwhelming. however! I had a pick up order yesterday, one of my first in the morning. I walk in, and a young long haired blond girl was basically having a panic attack behind the counter. Cursing. Slamming things, saying " she's done, she's gonna quit". While the other employees just stared at her while doing their jobs as efficiently as they could. on EVERY OCCASION before this one she has been in the same state. But has always been kind too me. I've always stood, or sat in the wall booth while waiting for my orders. Because instead of clicking " order ready" when it's actually ready. They click it as soon as the order comes in and drivers end up standing and waiting a average of 15 min. when the order was ready, the one in a horrible state of mind yelled for me. I said Thankyou and was walking out the door. She says " Oh by the way" YOUR not allowed too stand or sit and wait for your orders anymore! We will let you know when they are ready. So I politely turned around and told her. Their are plenty of other people always in there and I'm not going too go in and out of the restaurant when I see " ORDER READY" before I even get there. another employee who I speak too quite often looked at me and said " I'm sorry, I hope you have a really good day. im sorry for whatever she's going through. I rarely see Dunkin Donuts around so I thought I'd give them a try... (Epic mistake.) There was no one else in the line and only one car in the parking lot, yet they messed up my order and gave me someone else's bagel. I went back through and they fixed it -- but didn't toast the new bagel. Lame. When I got home and tried my items, I was in shock. The bagel sandwich was disgusting, truly. The donut holes I tried were dry and awful, with a weird chemical aftertaste. The iced cold brew was horrible and tasted burnt and off. Maybe spoiled cream? Never. Again. Pros- Drive thru, usually quick service, ok donut fix, nice variety of hot breakfast food items compared to most Drive thru smaller coffee places. Iced coffee drinks. Good location for West. Cons- The food tastes like plastic because of whatever heating method they use (I've had the same experience at "E Bros Bag"). I don't know if it's a plastic tray they nuke items in or some non stick coating thing or what, but the plastic taste concerns me and turns me off. But if it's for once in a while and you're hungry, it's nice to have! Not great donuts, but typical basic quality ones. read more

I ordered two donuts in the drive through. The young gentleman who served me was quite nice, however his hands and nails were FILTHY. It was so disgusting. If you have a serious problem, expect to be ignored completely. Don't expect to get what you order here. Read the reviews - one person got seriously ill, another one states that the coffee cup was filled with grounds at the bottom. My visit was atrocious. I have a sensitivity to dairy products so I make absolutely sure that I order accordingly. My order had missing ingredients and daily products. I guess Tracey is the owner, but she does not have the decency to respond to you despite Dunkin corporate stating that they have repetitively requested escalated followup.
