I haven't been to Dunkin in a while. I got the Mango Pineapple Lemonade Dunkin Refresher. It was definitely refreshing and tasted to good, especially on this hot day. I also ordered the Sausage Egg and Cheese . Something about the taste of this did not satisfy my palate. I ended up taking the egg off and realized the sandwich tasted better without it. I must say that I am not a big fan of this sandwich here. Lastly, I ordered the mini everything bagels that were stuffed with cream cheese. This was so hot, soft, and delicious. I want these at home so I can make them every morning. Also, they make a great snack for anytime of the day. Don't like everything bagel season, they offer a regular stuffed version. Although, the everything bagel season is on there, it is not overwhelming or super noticeable. The service was good, my order was correct and came out the window fast, and the staff outside of the store was not dirty. (The menu could use a little wipe down and the box might need a little upgrade, but overall great) Very welcoming environment with a little crowd around lunch time. Glad to see I'm not the only one craving breakfast items at lunch. I will definitely be coming back for those mini bagels for my team at the office to try. Oh my beloved DD, why art thou service sooooo slow? This is my favorite go to for sugar free frozen coffee because they offer several sugar free flavored shots. I also enjoy their turkey sausage wraps with egg and cheese which is a great lite breakfast to quell any hunger pangs. It's just unfortunate that there aren't many more DD's around because their products are really good. Sadly the two on the Westbank closed (for good reason) so many of us locals who love them are left to come here. On a positive note, business here has picked up tremendously for them during COVID-19, especially when they have more customers than their neighbor, Starbucks LOL but the service is extremely slow. Now, the DD in Laplace has faster service but doesn't offer almond milk in any frozen beverage, citing a peanut allergy...chile bye. I grew up with DD's and I just love their new and expanded menu options and now that many have a Baskin Robbins in them, I'm here more frequent, although I'm not a huge ice cream fan. I've never had a bad experience here. Occasionally they will be out of a particular donut, but what donut shop doesn't? The folks that work here are always friendly. The prices are reasonable, and if you haven't tried the breakfast taco you are doing yourself a disservice. read more

Granted, this was my first Dunkin' Donuts experience. And this particular store at 4300 Veterans Memorial Blvd. in Metairie Louisiana was spotless. Service was fast, and the guy even brewed a fresh pot of decaf for me. I wanted to see what all the hoopla was about regarding some of the supposedly best coffee around, and sure enough, it is really tasty. I'm wondering how Dunkin can afford to use 100% arabica beans -- maybe just by sheer volume of sales. Another secret to tasty coffee may be frequent machine cleaning, maybe even daily. Often, when coffee from a restaurant tastes bitter chances are the machine needs cleaning rather than the beans having been burnt during roasting. I also was amazed by how many other items are on their menu. read more

I LOOOOOVE Dunkin' Donuts! I think they're better than Krispy Kreme. Maybe it's the New Englander in me ("Dunks" is much more commonly seen up there than Krispy Kreme!) For this location, I've only ever gone to their drive-thru, but I've never had bad experience! Now that their drive-thru is open all day AND night (24 hours), I guess it's a good thing! We don't have may Dunkin's in the area so you have no choice but this one. They prioritize the drive through. Every time I've ordered for pickup inside it's a wait. They don't keep up with those orders and only look at them once you've arrived. Literally a customer who ordered ahead and went through the drive though line almost received their order before mine. I had already been waiting inside for someone to even acknowledge and ask me for the name of my pickup order. Even though I was standing at the counter of the pick up area, eventually I just had to tell them I was there waiting on my order. Had I not spoken up who knows how long I would've waited. Slowest service at any coffee place. I went here twice thinking, okay, the first time was crazy long, but I'll give it another shot. When I say crazy long, I'm talking, I placed an order through the app while I was in line at the drive thru waiting after 15 minutes. The vehicles didn't move for another 15 minutes and I went ahead and parked to go inside. I get inside and there are 15 people waiting in a line to order that is going almost to the door outside. I get to the counter after politely saying excuse me to the folks that have been in line if I could sneak past them really quick. The person working the counter/register wasn't taking orders or fixing drinks, she was just walking around. I asked her if my mobile order was ready and she said hadn't started on it yet. So 30 minutes of waiting in line, 15 of those after I placed the mobile order and another 10 minutes to find a parking spot (parking sucks when you have a drive thru going to the street). I finally get my drink which turned out to be the wrong thing but at this point, I didn't care anymore and just wanted to get out of this Dunkin hell. It was horrible. The second time, I attempted to order a coffee about 4 months later, the same sort of situation with the drive thru going to the street, line of people inside, and I gave up on attempting to get my coffee. I just canceled the order and went to Starbucks. Maybe it's because they got rid of the only other Dunkin in the area a while back? But this location must be flying down to Argentina between customers to pick individual coffee beans for each customer. Don't waste your time here. Instead, go to Starbucks, or even better, hit up the little Cuban cafe down the street called Churro's and get a Cuban coffee. It'll cost you half the price and has enough caffeine for you to start a revolution. read more

I usually only visit Dunkin' Donuts in airports while traveling, so this was my first time visiting this location. I was in the area craving an iced hazelnut latte and remembered that Dunkin' Donuts makes a good one (if ordered right). Keep in mind that if you want to taste the flavoring, you have to request extra flavoring. I ordered a medium and only paid $4.30. The drink was huge and I greedily drank the entire thing. It was so good! Worth mentioning, the drive-through line moved quickly, the staff were pleasant and they all had on masks. I'll most definitely be back! read more

Okay so I gave them another chance! This is by far the worse Dunkin I've been to! There's 2 other locations here, but this is the closest to me. First of all... they are rude af! There's a male who I believe his name starts with an "F" works the window who has absolutely no respect for people, zero customer service skills ( they must have been desperate to hire someone) he alone brings the business down because he is often at the window taking orders, and when he messes up he doesn't try and correct it the way he should. I went through the drive through and was given the wrong order. When I asked for my Latte to be made correctly I was told that I had to pay for the wrong order before they would make the correct Latte. They did say I would get a refund for the wrong order. So I have been going to this Dunkin' for a while after realizing that pretty much all of Starbucks drinks are at least $1 more and Dunkin has better specials and rewards. But this morning will be my very last time going there. The service is always slow. That's a given with this location. The staff is always pretty rude. Also just something I've learned to put up with. Today I placed a mobile order like I usually do. The drive thru line was out in to the road, again because they make your order so slow. I have an appointment to get to this morning, and I did not have an extra 47 minutes to wait for coffee. So I went inside. Again, terribly long line. I've already placed my order and I see two of my three items already made on the counter. So I go up to the front and say oh hey that Is my mobile order, can I just grab it really quick? The staff member PUBLICLY SHAMED ME and said you know that when you place a mobile order if you come in you have to get in the back of the line. Not a hint of apology or decency in her voice, just RUDE and then all of the other customers chime in backing her up. Not to mention that this entire line is a giant covid hazard, requiring guests to wait crammed in to a corner next to the giant line of people to pick up their order I was of the understanding that the point of mobile orders is that you place the order ahead of time and it's ready when you get there and you just pick it up. That's how it works literally at every other establishment. Including Starbucks. Where your drink is ready when you come in, no one is condescending, and they won't make you late to your appointment. I typically go here for the ice cream at like 1-2AM. The workers at these times are incredibly patient people. I never seem to know what I want, and the employees are consistently patient with me. This place is great for a quick breakfast, though probably not for your waist line. Honestly, there are healthier breakfast sandwitches at McDonalds. But who can resist the buy one get one half off, or the iced coffee, or the Boston cream-filled donuts, or the...you get the idea. The food here is spectacularly horrible for you, and honestly, it's pretty clean in here too. I'm not a fan of the fact that you need a key to use the restroom, but I suppose they have their reasons. Popped into this location for a 1/2 donuts. The boy said no holes this time (we usually get holes at the airport), regular donuts. I'd never been to a Dunkin/Baskins location and there were more people and this blustery rainy day waiting for ice cream than in the donut line.
