Doors were locked during regular business hours (?) and I wanted an item that required physically seeing it in person. I shrugged it off and thought maybe they were short staffed and the doors were locked for security. But no, they were fully staffed and the team must've been required to wear their nastiest attitudes. In the drive thru, I showed them a picture of the item I wanted and one of the cashiers said "we don't have that," and proceeded to walk away. Usually stop by this Dunkin because it's nearby but it consistently gets orders wrong or I have to wait for the workers to come back to the drive thru window because they forget parts of the order. This Dunkin franchise has changed ownership a dozen times in the last 20 years, sometimes for the better and sometimes for the worse. Right now it is not the usual good donut shop. Most of the donuts were stale when we dropped in and bought a dozen ... so we won't do that again. The coffee is always good though, so we'll continue to get coffee. Disgustingly cheap. I had a large order was given two of my items in one small bag. The older Indian man at the window, started handing me my items individually. This site has an overall rating of 1.5 yet corporate does NOTHING about it. Tonight I went there 4 hours before they closed. They had 3 kinds of donuts! I called the manager who told me to go to the other Dunkin Donuts down the road. The employees said the manager doesn't care. Worst customer service I have EVER experienced!!!. Was unsatisfied with pumpkin spice latte and so I asked for my money back from the employee. She said one moment as she walked away from register to confront manager and other employee. White male employee with glasses said while i was standing at register, "thats bullshit and a waste of our fucking product!" Very unprofessional and out right rude. The manager then proceeded to come over. She had brown eyes, dark hair and was of indian decent. She asked me what the problem was and I said, "I would like my money back because the lattes taste bitter. She said, "thats the way the pumpkin latte tastes"(ive had MANY pumpkin lattes and they do not taste like this). I said, "I just want my money back." She proceeded to be extremely rude and state, "just to let you know next time we will not be able to give you a refund, this isnt like a department store where you can exchange your clothes if you dont like them. This is a one time refund and this will not be happening again because this is a waste of our product!"(as she stared me down raising her voice loudly). I proceeded to take my refunded money and went to my car. I got in the car and shut the door. The manager then came out the door to my car and knocked on the window, I opened the car and she demanded the stickers that were taken off the cups. Pretty freaked out at this point. She said, "you dont get those stickers unless you buy something." So I then handed her the stickers and drove away but as I drove away she gave me the middle finger 3 or 4 times. I have NEVER been treated this rudely in my entire life by any business. If your in the Orland Park area Dont EVER go here. The manager is out of control and this place should be shut down because of the extreme sketchy behavior that was experienced here. This has to be one of the worst DD locations I have ever been to. 4 out of 5 times they'll get my order wrong, more often than not they don't have what I want, and lastly, their coffee doesn't taste anything like it should. Management is constantly changing and so are employees. I'm not sure why this is, but usually the people working here seem to be doing it forcefully rather than acting like they remotely care about their job. To start off: I do not frequent Dunkin Donuts nor Starbucks on a normal basis. So keep that in mind while reading this review. We visited this location when some friends were in town. We got a few coffees in the morning. There was only 2 people in line so I immediately thought we would get in and out quick. Not so... We put our order in and waited and waited. Today's experience was the final straw for me - I went and made my usual coffee order and then asked if they had croissants to which the woman replied "yes" - I thought "great!" So I asked for one toasted with butter. There was a long pause and I said "hello?" She said "the butter will be put on the side." I asked "what do you mean?" She said "the croissant will be too soft to put butter on it" ??? What ??? So I drove off to the window figuring I'd forget it. I go to this Dunkin atleast twice a week and every time I go they mess up my order. I ask for a bagel with cream cheese ON THE SIDE and they put it on there every time, it is less work for you to put it on the side. My coffee is always messed up as well. This is probably the worst Dunkin Donuts. Do yourself a favor and go to the one on 159th or on LaGrange by 131st. Today I saw an employee put the donut I didn't order back on the fresh donut shelf. Not sure if the people at this location are lazy or just don't care. I also ordered a munchkin mix, to my surprise they were 90% the same, and of course the ones no one really wants. Unbelievably frustrating! At 9:30 PM I got off the expressway and was driving home on La Grange when I decided to stop at DD to get a dozen donuts. I did a Google search and saw Dunkin Donuts was open till 10 PM. Great - I thought. I pulled in the parking lot and tried to go inside the store, but the door was locked and I couldn't get in. The store hours on the window said open till 10:00. I looked at my watch and it was only 9:40. They should have been open for another 20 minutes. As I looked inside again, I saw 2 employees sitting in the booth watching me outside, and I was sure one of them was going to come unlock the door so I could go inside to buy, but they never did. They just kept sitting there talking to each other, and drinking. The stores lights were on, and I could see the donuts on the wire racks. The money to buy was in my hand. It was too bad the employees were keeping the store locked so no one could get in to buy. Don't they have to have sales to stay in business? So undependable, so frustrating! read more

This DD is on the way to my mom's house. I have stopped there on numerous occasions for a large sweet swirl hot hazelnut, regular cream and sugar. Every time I get my coffee it is NOT hazelnut, has extra cream and NO SUGAR. One time I ordered a croissant sandwich and the croissant was burned to a crisp. Inedible!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS DD if you want coffee the way you like it! I will be going out of my way to the one in Orland Park on 159th st by my work from now on. Every dunkin donuts has it's flaws. I've even told out of town friends, that if you order more than 3 items at any dunkin donuts, something or everything will be wrong. In spite of it all, I'm pretty devoted. I almost ALWAYS avoid this DD. Purely because the staff is incredibly immature, my service is horrible, with people making noises and being rude and cocky over the drive thru. Thank god I have a sense of humor, but I can't imagine other people not going off on these people that work there. Over the course of years... The workers are chronically bad. Ironically, it's the only one in the Chicagoland area that seems to employ teens. Oddly enough it's so consistently bad, and I don't think I've ever been served by the same people... So it must just be taught from one shoddy employee to the next. No one is ever in a rush. Always rude on the drive thru intercom More things wrong I actually received a cold bacon egg cheese wrap once... As in, they made it earlier and left it out and then put it in my bag... The cheese was cold and hard and everything. Normally those bad boys are like lava. I don't think I've ever left this particular location and not questioned if someone spat in or tainted my food / drink. I'm not saying anyone DID, for a fact, but the immature and rude kids there make me always question myself for going there to try again. I'll drive to the one 5 miles further from now on, because, even though they occasionally get my order wrong, I never wait in line for 20 minutes at the drive thru to have some snotty entitled kid on his first job make noises and speak distastefully and impolite through an intercom. Stopped in today with my two young girls after a long long day. I promised each of my girls they could pick a donut as a treat. The young man working was amazing with them. He was patient as they stared a all their options. He was polite and kind and smiling as they tried to make up their minds. He was exceedingly courteous to me as we were cashing out. All in all, this quick last minute visit made my kids' night - and in turn made my own. Thank you for providing that one single tipping point that ends up turning a long hard day into a great family night. By far one of the worst DD's I've ever been to. I've given this location plenty of chances since it's conveniently located near where I live, yet each time I go here they leave me displeased. Either they're extremely slow(sometimes making me late for work), mess up my order, or just not polite. I like DD better than Starbucks but I find myself choosing Starbucks over here just because of the better service and quick pace. Please improve management!!! read more

I've had a few incidents here that I've overlooked, though not this time. just had an employee of that establishment start an argument with me, as I attempted to order, then after I delivered some admittedly harsh verbiage to express my level of dissatisfaction, this senseless individual takes the extra step of walking out the front door to address me, falling short of approaching my truck (wise move). To the owner of this location: You have hired one disrespectful, rude employee after another. I have seen the revolving door allow them in and spit them out, one by one. I have avoided your location, as have others, for too long. this is a failure on your part. If customer service is not your objective, sell your location to someone who cares.
