I have been here so many times, and I've been refraining from leaving a review, but I'm done. This place sucks. The workers are incompetent, the manager or whoever she is, has an attitude problem. I say "thank you," and there is no "you're welcome." They are so unorganized and could carless about their performance and customer service. If i could leave no stars, I would. They can't even place a boston cream donut in the bag properly. This is every time! I'd advise everyone to drive the extra mile and go to the Buchanan Dunkin instead. Oh come on folks with the many bad reviews for Dunkin donuts in peekskill, it's not bad at all , personal it's good with it's spacious space , decent amount of donuts , muffins and other eat treats , strong free wifi , good amount of seating to sit and enough your toasted blueberry muffin and toasted bagel with a good decaffeinated cappy included .service was ok and wait was minimal but most important they have a Baskin Robbins section and I am aware it's the morning time but having a Baskin Robbins in the mix can only make the review a good one . 3 .5 stars on my yelp meter and a prepacked pint of pralines and cream is leaving with me . read more

This is the Dunkin' that I have visited the most. I used to come here all the time before I would go to work and to get a treat during my time off. However, this location has really fallen off. I was just at this location a few minutes ago and I was waiting to place an order for an iced coffee. There was only one lady ahead of me who ordered a hot coffee and a couple of donuts. She placed her order and got her coffee. I was at the register for 15 minutes and was not even acknowledged by the person behind the counter once. A simple, "I'll be with you in a moment," would have been a nice courtesy. Then the lady who ordered before me said that her hot coffee was cold. At this point, I was waiting to place my order at the register for over 15 minutes, I was not acknowledged once, and the customer before me had a complaint with her beverage. Dunkin Donuts use to have the best coffee from Colombia but over the past few years have gone to other Countries that offer cheaper coffee beans and terrible quality. Its all about the money and not about the quality of the coffee anymore. The coffee they sell now is tasteless, like drinking hot water. I will never go back to any of there stores again. They could of at least offered the better quality Colombian coffee at a higher price instead of stiffing its custoners with that garbage they call coffee, and the prices are crazy. read more

I just drove through Peekskill not Ecuador. Dunkin Donuts it's bad enough they are normally out of toppings here(Baskin Robbins) and do not tell you until after they are finished making your order. Yet now we can not even ask first because our Spanish is terrible. Funny I can walk into a non English speaking Ecuadorian restaurant and order dinner yet I can't order ice cream and coffee in an American establishment . I just got their strawberry ice cream and got food poisoning. I think their scooper might've been contaminated(left in dirty water), because 5 minutes after eating it I vomited like there was no tomorrow until my guy got me activated charcoal. Terrible service, they never get the orders correct and when you question them they get an attitude. Order decaf iced coffee with Splenda, they gave me regular coffee and sugar. Better driving the extra mile to Buchanan and get your coffee there. read more

This is the friendliest and quickest Dunkin Donuts in westchester! When you walk in you pass the pick up area before getting to the register to order, when I walked in the two ladies who were scurrying around filling orders both looked up to say hello. The ladies at the register were also very cheerful and helpful when they took my order. My order has always been completed very quickly and accurately and despite the fact the parking lot is always full there is never more than a two person wait in line! read more

This is a clean, neat Dunkin' Donuts. You never have to wait long, servers are quick and efficient. Parking is plentiful.

I probably came to this place about 8-10x. Every time I give it a shot because it's close to home, but man this place is horrible. They cannot ever, and I mean not once ever have gotten my Hazelnut coolada correct. How is that? They also gave me cold hash browns before, TWICE. I thought you just warm them up? How can they get that wrong? Stale donuts multiple times. Maybe it's the person who trains them but man, I am not going here again. I'm done with this place. read more
