Proably the worst Dunkin I've been to. The beans tasted burnt, the coffees they were serving weren't even filled to capacity, and yet they still tasted mediocre. The workers were lacking on teamwork as well. There was a girl who clearly didn't understand how to work the register and was brushed off when she asked for help. This location is absolutely horrible. I've gone in about 5 times and every single time it's the same thing, the employees including a female assistant manager never greet you or make eye contact and when they finally make it to the counter they look miserable, I have worked years in food service and I understand so I understand that it's not always fun but it's every single time, and on top of that I've never had a coffee come out right, I exclusively mobile order the cold brew with cold foam and I've never once received cold foam, it's so frustrating because time and money is wasted and I always hope the next time will be better but it never is. I don't know what the issue is but I do not recommend wasting your energy with that store because they have no apparent interest in wasting theirs with you. read more

This place is totally hit and miss. They tend to have the worst employees that have no idea what is going on. A lot of times they are out of what you want. The taste of the donuts has improved since they opened. Still lots of work to be done. read more

DO NOT GO HERE! Whoever is reading this, do not go to this absolute dump of a restaurant. I'm using the term 'restaurant' VERY loosely as they were out of almost everything (which just reflects awful management). They didn't have kolaches, eggs, croissants, none of the 3 donuts I had asked for... not to mention that the girl over the intercom drive-tru speaker was just as rude as it gets. I was sitting there waiting for someone to say anything for 2 minutes, I almost thought they were closed. A simple "I'll be right with you" would've instantly made a big difference. Then when she finally spoke, she was impatient and kept cutting me off when I was trying to ask her what they did have in store. I cannot convey strongely enough about how unprofessional and miserable the employees look/are. When I asked for the intercom speakers name, I was told it was Amy, but when I saw her name tag, it said SOFIA! So I was either lied to because they knew about the awful service OR the management really can't get the food supply or proper employee uniforms in order. And I'm not finished. The girl at the register (Dannahi) had forgot to charge me for my donut--that I didn't even want because they didn't have any of the donuts and was offered a substitute-- so I refused it, and when I opened my sandwich, it wasn't what I ordered. Although the cashier was mildly friendlier, she was the one who lied about the name of the employee on the intercom speaker. ***This Dunkins seems to have owners that aren't interested in providing basic costumer service or ingredients, but still want my money.*** In this last experience at Dunkins, I feel like I cannot trust the employees or owners and I'd rather go to Starbucks right down the street where the employees are as bright as sunshine and they NEVER get my order wrong. read more

My experience in the drive thru today was a little tainted, but not enough to prevent me from coming again. The person who always attending me seemed to be on a rush to get me to order. As previously mentioned, I went via drive thru. There were no cars behind me and I wanted to try something different. I asked time to look at the menu and was told to order when ready. I finally said I was ready to order and after I asked for the big and toasted, I wanted to order an addition nap item. The clerk had already given me the total and asked me to pull forward. I told him that I wasn't done ordering. He then asked me what else I wanted. I asked for a medium latte and was given a new total without the opportunity to choose flavor. Then, when the order was repeated to me, the clerk had put an order for a large latte. I corrected him and then my new Total was given to me a third time. During the entire process, there were no cars behind me, so I didn't see a reason to rush me. I went through the drive-thru to pick up coffee with my daughter and were told there were no donuts that was perfectly fine we were going to get her drinks and go however while we were in the drive-through one of the employees left in the background I paid no mind but decided to cancel my order when I canceled my order the employee very rudely said "okay byeee" in a mocking tone. Due to the lack due to the lack of customer service I asked to speak to their manager the manager came onto the speaker and said she wasn't able to give me her name I asked for it once more and given the fact that as a manager you are required to disclose information and she very rudely said it was Crystal and then mockingly wished us a happy Thanksgiving I've been going to this Dunkin since it opened but after this experience and this is the people you have managing your business I'd rather take it somewhere else read more

I placed on online app order on-the-go and my order was not ready 35 minutes after I told them I was waiting. I understand there was a huge amount of line that I was willing to wait. The employee stated that there was not caramel, I asked if they didn't call for substitutes as in other DD places I've gone. I asked her for her name and she stated "Jaqueline my manager is here". I love Dunkin Donuts but this place is the worst!! Poor customer service and incompetent managers. I've been here several times with the frame of mind that I'm gonna give them one more chance to surprise me but to no end I am always disappointed. I have a simple order for myself and my daughter, Hot Coffee w/Splenda and almond milk. My daughter orders iced coffee or now the frozen coffee with hazelnut and whip cream. Nothing fancy or specialized. These people at differing times will get the order completely wrong or take up to 20 minutes to prepare it! Even when we use the "on the go" ordering when it is prepared before you arrive, it's still about a 10 minute wait regardless of whether the place is full or empty. On various occasions, I've asked to speak to a manager and whoever is working just says, "oh, sorry about that." Today, I used the on the go order, there was a coupon for $0.99 medium beverages. The app charged me full price, when I told the cashier, she called the manager, who called the general manager whose response was, "Oh, sorry about that. Have a good day." I asked for a refund and he said I could call a 1-800 number. I told him I wanted him to fix it and he said there was nothing he could do. I asked for his supervisor's info. to talk to them and he refused to give it to me and told me if I didn't like it, then I shouldn't use the "on the go" ordering or I could go somewhere else....
