Dunkin Pigeon Forge. Very rude, poor services, not like the good service you expect from Dunkin

Went through the drive-thru to grab some coffee and bagel bites for my mom. Still a bit of sticker shock for me to pay almost $2 for a single chocolate frosted donut, but I guess that's the way it is these days. read more

They were out of EVERYTHING and were very underprepared for large amounts of people. This is Memorial Day Weekend and it was crowded. They were out of pretty much every donut, munchkins, plain bagels, biscuits, croissants etc. The trash (see pic) wasn't emptied and the place was a mess. read more

Customer service is the worst and the sad part is she KNEW it I would not recommend this location at all it was not busy but my order was still wrong I only ordered TWO coffees but it was STILL WRONG. There is a reason this DD has a 2 star rating with over over 80 reviews. The Quality of the coffee is TerrIble! We ordered a Cold Brew and the guy gave us Regular over Ice. We told him & he argued about it. Moron. We watched him do it. Then he didn't add the milk or shots. When we finally got the cold brew, it was TERRIBLE! Stale, old coffee. I'm sorry I put my body through drinking this crap. This is a really nice store. Great location. Nice building. Cold air conditioning. On the way out we stopped by for a croissant and donut. We pay, she hands us bags. I check the bags. I tell my husband we need napkins. He relays, she hands them off. The jelly wasn't there. He relays. She hands them to him. Ummm, this isn't a squeeze pack. I need a knife. He relays. I can see frustration. But, hey, how else to get the jelly out...make it make sense. We pull off the croissant had to be old. It was hard and flaky as all get out. You touch it. The top came off. The cheese wasn't melted. And the bacon. What bacon? When we stopped for gas I tossed the entire bag in the trash. Impulsively. Because I always take pictures. We stopped somewhere else and I got breakfast. Everything was awful. When we came in they just stared and surely was not nice. After we ordered the younger brown haired girl just slammed one of our coffees down and walked away. After we got our food we realized our egg in our breakfast was cold hard and just gross. The cheese tasted funky as well. Soooooooooo slow. I'm not sure if they were simply understaffed or not prepared for a morning rush (7:45am) but the drive thru lane was never-ending and going inside did not help. Very long wait times for a single iced coffee. They get two stars (instead of one) because everyone wore masks correctly. read more

We pulled up in the drive-thru with 2 cars ahead of us and it still took 45 min to get our food. We ordered croissant breakfast sandwiches, paid for our food, waited another 10 minutes, just for them to tell us they are out of croissants. So, we had to get bagels on our breakfast sandwiches. We asked for plain bagels. 1 sandwich had a plain bagel on top, sesame seed on bottom. The other sandwich had english muffins. The bagels and muffins were stale. We couldn't even eat our food it was such a waste of time and money. We will not be going back. read more

we came in at 1:15 on Christmas Eve for some last minute Christmas gifts and coffee. we were told we could not check out the cups we got or order at the counter because they took the drawer out of the cash register and they were closing "soon". If this is a franchise location....they should lose all their rights and privileges of being one. If this is a Corporate location - get new management in here NOW!! We have been sitting in the drive thru for 42 minutes. That's right. 42 minutes. And We couldn't leave if we tried as we were blocked in. Not sure what the issue was but they are SLOW. Perhaps a bunch of snails running this location. Shameful. And the staff, or perhaps snails, are NOT friendly at all. We arrived at the window, where we waited another 4.5 minutes and the guy literally just handed us the food and walked away. Horrible. Just horrible. Two thumbs down awful. We came in for a quick breakfast that ended up taking longer had we went inside somewhere with a proper breakfast. Yikes! Getting 2 simple drinks: black cold brew and a green tea with nothing special (a cup of hot water and a tea bag) and yet this simple drink order took 20 minutes. Our sandwiches were cold by the time they actually got to our drinks. The workers seemed mostly lost and the whole thing seemed very unorganized. We finally went up to ask them about our drinks and that was when someone went to grab a styrofoam cup, filled it with hot water and stuck a teabag in the cup. Why that wasn't done 20 minutes prior to us checking for our drinks, we do not know. The cold brew was not that great. It paled in comparison to a home brewed version and even less so to other coffeehouses. In summary, it's an awful place. read more

This Dunkin Donuts was super crowded, but they didn't let that slow them down. Face masks were required for all employees and customers inside. Social distancing was strongly enforced. I ordered ahead on the app, and my drinks and munchkins were ready very quickly. I will definitely visit again if I'm in the area, and I recommend it for a speedy breakfast stop read more

There is a guy who works there. We all know who he is, he works the drive thru line, hates his job, and is rude to me every single time. His attitude is disgusting. This time, he handed me a coffee cup with a crooked lid. As he hands it, he said that the lid might be crooked (why hand it to me, then?) and the coffee sloshed out all over me. It was hot and I had to go home and change as I was on my way to something. He never apologized. As I handed the cup back to him, he took it back to refill it. It was a black coffee with an add shot (for me wife). Genius, of course, didn't put the add shot back in. So I paid for a coffee with espresso and instead got spilled coffee all over me and my car, and coffee with no espresso instead. Why this fool hasn't been fired yet is beyond me. The coffee makes this store worthy of a 1star, although not the best, it was fresh after eating an "additional" 5 minutes to fill the order. The associate was friendly though. This store is not quite up to the same mediocre standards of standard DD's. My visit took place on a Thursday, 6:00 PM. I purchased a variety of donuts, a fritter, one Coke and a cup of coffee. Everyone of the donuts/fritter were stale and generally of poor quality. Do yourself a favor if you're at this location, drive on into Pigeon Forge for a better establishment. So my wife and I walked in.. not one customer at the counter but 3 employees standing around talking one with multicolored blonde hair. After walking to the counter and saying hello we ordered 2 coffees, one small and one medium cream only... simple order right ? Over 2 cups of coffee so we SLOWED it down again and ordered.. next she had no clue how to get the credit card machine to work so we ended up paying cash... Everything was fine. Until.. I asked for a decaf.. didn't get my decaf. But when I asked for a decaf, the old man making the coffee said "it wasn't on the ticket" which I said was completely fine. Not a big deal, but when someone doesn't do caffeine, and he just goes back to the same coffee machine to get ANOTHER coffee with caffeine.. after being asked for decaf. On the way out of Gatlinburg, we decided to stop by Dunkin' Donuts to get a quick breakfast. The lady working the counter (Lisa N.) must hate her life. She was very rude and when we asked for light ice, she snickered and marked extra ice on the receipt (we thought she was just joking) and we asked for half a dozen donut holes. And she says I can only give you 5? The receipt even said half a dozen and when I went back up to confront her she didn't even respond and throws another in my bag. it takes forever to get you your food and drink ive been waiting for the past 15 minutes and still haven't got my food in time

No, we are not in Seattle, nor is this joint staffed with expert baristas. However, the staff are genuine, kind, and sometimes of the colored hair variety. They are fun, and make me feel welcome and comfortable. I like the enclosed front porch, which reminds me of an old fashioned garage conversion. It is a bit more private, and good for folks with running toddlers. (Although I suspect this may be a smoking porch when it is busy? I see no ash trays. I just base this on other local set ups.) I was surprised to not be able to hear the road at all, when sitting on a big comfy couch inside the main room. They gave me a pamphlet with nutritional information when I asked about low calorie options. Today I had a chicken salad sandwich on a croissant (heated to melt cheese) and a vanilla chai for $5.56. So much better then other fast food, and cheaper. I am going to try to remember to use the drive through here, instead of other crappy places, when I work late and am starving. read more

11/14/22 CHK 2285 Lady at window was extremely rude. She went to hand me the wrong drinks and I told her what was wrong. She said absolutely nothing, turned around, sat drinks down, and walked away. Another gentleman had to "fix" them and they were still wrong. At that point we just said oh well. So much for friendly customer service for customers out of town. read more

They are either severely understaffed or incredibly slow. With only 6 people ahead of me, it took more than 15 minutes for them to even take my order (simple iced coffee) and another 3 to complete. The lady who handed me my food was an incredibly rude woman. I kindly asked if hot sauce was available and she responded "no" with the rudest attitude and face like what I was asking was outrageous. Wife and I had breakfast, donuts, and coffee this morning and everything was fresh and tasty!

Not good quality. Blueberry cake donuts were overcooked and dry and the Boston crème was just OK.

Please do not waist your time going to this Dunkin location. They are extremely slow, rude to their customers, and we're not wearing face masks. We waited in line for over 30 minutes just to order, waited another 20 minutes for our food, finally just asked for a refund because we had to be somewhere, and the manager told us he did not know how to issue a refund. I could maybe understand this service at a small mom and pop coffee shop but at a corporate chain like Dunkin, it's completely ridiculous. read more

Our drive thru party of five had an incredibly complicated order and they nailed it! All the drinks were correct! I was impressed.

My entire family is from the Smokey mts so I'm proud to come and visit six times a year. This is the closest location for me and unfortunately it's the second worst I've ever been too. I travel the world and in particular the east coast where there's literally a Dunkin on every street corner. Sometimes directly across the street from each other. I'm not sure why Dunkin customer service is always so bad? It's supposed to be America's coffee but every location is run by rude disinterested employees. This location is the second worst next to the Lansing Michigan one. Old coffee they try to pawn off on you. Stale food and act like you've asked them to split the Atom when you want the stuff you actually paid for to be fresh. I do try to travel with my own Kerug but sometimes it's not possible just to avoid having to go to a branch. You can do better guys. Take pride in your work. read more
