I have been driving by this place for years without realizing it was here. After finishing a late lunch in the shopping center my granddaughter wanted a chilled coffee drink and I want more sugar for dessert. Today they had powdered donuts with a Bavarian crème filling in the shape of a heart. I got two! One for now, one for later. They were super delicious. Service was swift and accurate. No complaints. Wow. Believe the reviews. Stopped in to wait while my dog got groomed. Ordered a coffee and breakfast sandwich on the Dunkin app. Received it and set up my laptop in the lobby to do some work. After 15 minutes, I left. The crew of three spent the entire time complaining about customers who don't have their payment ready and co-workers that no call/no show and don't pull their weight. An associate named Rachel used the F word about 10 times (mind you, I'm still in the lobby). The final straw was when the manager laughed after a customer ordered a drink like he was at Starbucks and she commented "I think he's one of those fairy types". Terrible. First off I've made many runs through this location since it opened before 2020. You've always had to dodge crater holes getting into the parking lot. Years later, rugged terrain is still there. Today I waited in line for 15 minutes to get to the order board. To kill time I went online and signed up for membership since it kept prompting me. I figure I'll take advantage of a offer. $3 wrap with purchase looked good. Finally get to place my order and ask for a Pumpkin Spice latte only to be told we dont have any pumpkin flavor. Whattt the heck you have signs all over the building and driveway and the web saying it's Pumpkin time!! Order your pumpkin drinks but you have none. Ok I switch to Carmel and order the $3 wrap. Now I'm told you don't sell wraps anymore. Why would you offer me a discount on something you don't sell anymore online and why is it still listed on the order board in the drive they?! Ok second disappointment but I change my order to add a $3 croissant sandwich deal to my latte since board says you can add a donut or this sandwich to any coffee. Cool...I'm trying to be flexible. Then the cashier says sorry you can't get that deal because you ordered a latte. Now I'm like WT!!! I don't get it. I mostly use the app to order ahead, but have ordered at the drive-thru as well. The app is easy enough to use, and the points accumulate fairly quickly (feels faster the Starbucks, at least, though I haven't done the math). I order when I leave for work and the order is ready when I arrive. The main hiccup I experience is that the app shows all donuts they sell, but does not update for what is in stock - so oftentimes, I arrive to get my order and they are out of the donut I requested. Which usually works fine; if I was in the mood for chocolately, I just ask for something else with chocolate instead. I've been working an afternoon shift lately, so am usually ordering around 1 pm, which is relatively late in the day for donuts anyways. Their breakfast sandwiches are fine if you want some protein, and I really like their new stuffed bagel bites (be aware, you get two in an order). I really like Dunkin's regular bagels, though I'm not sure I've ordered one from here. This is the only Dunkin' Donuts close to my house which makes me forced to come here unless I wanna drive 15 mins for coffee which is a giant no. I love Dunkin' Donuts coffee. It has some of the best taste I have had in a long time. It's not bitter or sour. It's always got the perfect amount of sweet flavor along with the nice not too strong coffee flavor. However this one particular location has disappointed me time after time. Every time I want to come here if I don't order ahead which I cannot do with a paper coupon, which I received a bunch of at an Indians game, I am either waiting in line at the drive through for 10 mins wasting gas or I am waiting in line inside watching 10 cars go through the drive thru when I'm still standing in the same spot in line. There is never enough people working inside to handle the fact that they are the only coffee shop within a 5 mile radius, they always mess up someone's order. I once watched them remake a guys coffee 5 times and he seriously wanted a black coffee with nothing in it. How hard is that? But yet it had to be made 5 different times to get it right. The level of incompetence in this store in particular is just unreal. The only reason I still visit, only when there isn't anyone there but the employees, is because like I said I love the coffee and it's the only one around me without making a 30 min round trip.
