DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH FT SMITH GARAGE DOOR They installed a new custom door on our new home and there are SEVERAL SERIOUS PROBLEMS WITH THE INSTALL AND THEY WILL NOT COME BACK OUT AND FIX IT. 1. Opener doesn't work. 2. Botttom of door doesn't meet garage floor--WE asked the surly nasty installer about it that day and he LIED and said it would be fine. Rain coming in is NOT FINE. 3. No handle on outside of door to lift door if necessary. 4. No button to operate the garage door from inside the garage--they wanted us to buy a remote instead of a hard wired button. So we're PAYING ANOTHER GARAGE DOOR COMPANY TO FIX THEIR LOUSY INCOMPLETE INCOMPETENT INSTALLATION.

Bryan was very sharp and professional! He used his tools to connect to the A/C unit and explained to us what he saw. The freon was very low so Bryan started a recharge. During the recharge, he answered our questions, explained the different parts of the system, and was a wealth of information! Bryan took the time to monitor the system during and after the recharge. He showed us that the system was holding the charge and what kind of performance to expect going forward. Our A/C is blowing cold air again and our upstairs rooms are staying cold.
